It's a normal vacation until some crazy motorcyclists decide to kidnap a girl.
Not far from me, a group of men with the leader introducing himself as Takuo Shibuimaru is trying to kidnap/rape a girl and push her onto a motorcycle. (Gosh, public safety is important!) They are lifting her up onto the motorcycle and she is struggling to get away but the men outnumbered her.
The only ones around are me and a boy inside a grocery store who definitely saw the commotion and still ignored the girl. The girl seems to know this too. She screams "HELP!" and stares directly at me.
I rush forward (10 laps per day paid off!) and kick back of the knee of her kidnapper. I kicked it so hard I think I heard his bones crack. The gang is shocked at my sudden attack and it takes a sec for their stupid brains as a kidnapper to figure it out.
"AHH! GET THEM! DON'T just stand here!" their leader's scream knocks the gang back to their senses.
"Run! Get out of here!" I yell and grab the girl toward me. We run across the street and Takuo gets on a motorcycle and chases after us.
Out of the corner of my eyes, I see the shape of a truck coming. No! We need to get off the street! I leap forward pushing the girl and myself over to the sidewalks. BOOM! The truck crashed with the motorcycle and the driver who was chasing us. The impact basically smashed the motorcycle into pieces so I don't think the driver is going to be really intact.
I looked around bewildered and confused at how sudden this happened. Through the debris and smoke, I see a tall, brown haired boy standing by the window, casually flipping through a magazine acting as if nothing happened in front of him.
And that is a very weird reaction when someone just died in front of you. I shivered at this creepy sight but didn't let it show.

why is this so familiar, I thought as I frantically reached for my phone and dialed 911 to get the driver's corpse. 😐

wait?! isn't this a scene where Light test out death note for the second time?! That boy by the window looks exactly like him and everything that is happening matches up. The driver, the truck, and the girl desperately running away.
