Q. Can you tell us about yourself?
-Let's start with I'm a proud Malaysian. Lol. I'm much older than my readers, being 38 this year. Right now I'm fully working as a legal practitioner so that's the reason why I couldn't update as much as before
Q. Namjoon is always the main character in your books, any reason?
-Tbh, the reason why I start to notice BTS in 2015 was bc of Namjoon. I'm a sucker for a rapper so he's the first one that caught my attention. And when I start reading BTS ff I'm frustrated with the lack of Namjoon's centric ff. That's the reason why I started writing one, focusing more on Namjoon as the main character.
Q. Your unpopular opinion on books?
- It's frustrated me when the authors wrote the whole story in one paragraph. It makes me lose interest to keep reading. It's an eyesore for me.
Q. Tips for baby writers?
- Keep writing and never give up. You can google how to write a good sentence or how to describe certain feelings. It will help a lot in improving your skill.
Q. A trope that you hate?
-Books with messy plots but focussing more on smut. Like every chapter about smut. That's not my cup of tea.
Q. Your book no.1 host, is my favorite one. While writing did you thought to make jaebum more physco?
-Yes, actually I have lots of crazy ideas while writing Jaebum's character. But I decided to tone it down a bit lol
Q. What would be your alternative ending for no.1 host?
-My alternative ending? Two instead of one. First, Namjoon goes overseas with Jaebum, Hoseok hated him for years until Namjoon came back and they meet again. But then the story will not be ended in the 35th chapter. Second, Namjoon died. This one is my favorite
Why do I feel like I would've liked the dead namjoon ending more because like it fits with the plot?
-While considering the ending, I have to take into consideration my reader's concerns and thoughts too
Q. Any new updates on "the crown prince"?
-Sorry to disappoint all of you but I don't think I will be able to write it in the meantime. I just put the story on hold bc I don't want to discontinue the story even though I'm not sure when will I start to write it again
Q. How many books are in your draft right now?
-There are 4 books in my draft and at least 5 drafts for one-shots that I didn't have the time to finish them at the moment. Trying to continue to write later on 10.
Q. Something you want to say to your fans?
-Thanks to everyone who keeps on supporting me all these years. Especially to those who had been with me since I'll Die For You. It's my baby and my English sucks back then (still sucks tho lol).
