Y/n's backstory

Hello friends! This is kinda sad so prepare your selves I just thought the story needed a little context so here it is.
There will be more to the backstory but I just thought this would be a good place to start.

When y/n was 16 her mom died, she was the kindest soul ever so when she died it felt like your whole life fell apart and it did for a long time(or what felt like an eternity). When she was just starting her sophomore year she moved in with her father who was abusive to you two and they separated when you were 13 so naturally you were scared to live with him but luckily it seemed he had changed but though he had changed when it came to his new family but while you were living with him he had
been nothing but an asshole telling you things like you didn't deserve anything you got, he wished you
had died with your mother and treating you like he had treated you mother all that time ago, all while giving jean everything he wanted. He was the golden child. Which lead you. To drugs, staying away from home for days, going of day long benders, harming yourself in anyway imaginable, etc. but anything you tried just wouldn't seem to work. All you wanted was to be with your mother again..

Y/n stops doing drugs when she gets into a community college but after a year of being sober and dealing with your father all while attending community collage got to be to much so you transferred to jeans university with the help of him of course.
