"So what's our plan?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"I mean what are we going to do to destroy the evil forest?"
"When did this turn into a sci-fi movie?" Said Ever laughing a little
"When I kidnapped you and sucked out your brains!! Mwahaha!" Said Grey in a goofy mad scientist voice
"You're hilarious!" Ever said half falling off the couch for a second time
"Yea! Like TOTALLY!" He said in a totally stereotypical girls voice
This time Ever really did fall off the couch and was rolling on the floor laughing
When she had stopped laughing Grey brought some food into the room and they sat on the couch eating and drinking their tea.
"How old were you when that happened?"
"When what happened?"
"When the woods took your friend"
"Oh...I was 10. Well we were both 10...some people will think it would be hard to remember after 5 years but really I can't forget it..."
(So he's fifteen...Ever thought to herself)
"That must have been terrifying...what did you do?"
" I went straight to the police...non of them believed me, and when they finally came there was no sign of him....at least not until 4 months ago...His parents got a call then they called us, one of their officers had been on a walk with his dog when suddenly the dog went running towards a tree and started to dig. He stopped his dog and looked, he saw what he thought was a young boy with his mouth stitched close and a smile stitched into his face...a few days later they found more...at least 17 children were found. All reported missing in the winter..."
This sent chills down Ever's spine...
