Today is the day I talk about my best friend from all the way from 1st grade to 6th grade. I know right! How the heck did I know someone for 6 years when I was only a kid? Well, it all started with recess in the beginning of first grade...

We were on this soccer field, right next to a blacktop and you could here all sorts of sounds... Like cars going by and screaming, laughter, birds, and really anything you hear in nature. I was with my teacher and she told me to go play and make friends as I usually just hanged out with the adults. I didn't really have any friends except for one the moved. Even though we still had contact with them, she wasn't necessarily there with me so I counted myself as friend-less. Then I saw a girl with dark brown hair, almost the color of black and she was by the only two trees we were aloud to go to. She was talking with like 2-5 people and she seemed like she made friends easily so I ran up to here and tackled her and this is what I think I said.

"Friend. You are now my friend. You can't escape me, I am now your friend. I will be your friend. You can't escape it-" That was when I realized I had tackled her into a tree. She was fine though. More like surprised at the sudden tackle. Neither of us really knew what to do next. Then, I got up, pulled her up so she was standing again and I was taller then her. (that is not the case for the like 4th-6th grade...T^T) Then, I just started to talk, acting like nothing happened and reluctantly, she also ignored what happened.

Now, you may be thinking... What the heck were you doing?! That's not how you make a friend. It is not a forceful thing.

While some others who know me may be thinking... Meh. She deserved getting knocked into a tree and ill explain why later.

Now, we stuck together like glue. Even with the same class or not, we always figured out a way to at least see each other in the hallways or like at recess. Though, that all pretty much changed as I started 4th grade.

I had just got all my stuff and put in my desk ext. then I saw this one girl with dark brown hair, almost black, that reached her shoulders. Even though she was wearing a dress at the time, I could tell dresses weren't her thing and she was more like a tomboy-ish. Though, with color scheme's, I could tell she liked red and black.

She was just like me! Though, even within 4th grade, she was as tall as a adult person. So I said hi and I exchanged names with her. Then I tried seeing what we had in common. As we were talking about our likes and dislikes, I felt this kind of idolization towards her. You know, like, 'OMG. This person is sooooo cool and I want to be just like them.'

Yeah, we all know that I failed at being like her but I did become her friend like many others. Now, I don't know if you ever have, but I was jealous of these friends as I had no other friends within that class so she was my only friend. I felt as though she had no time for me. Though, when we got to 5th grade, she was still in my class and most of her other friends were in another class but I met someone named Levi Austin. I had talked to him before but we weren't really friends so I friended him and I introduced him and Gabbie. We stuck like glue. We had a group chat and we called ourselves the guardians of the galaxy- NOPE. We were call Zé Olives. I know, weird name right? We were obsessed with olives and if someone said olive in the group chat, you would say olive back and it would keep going until you stopped the chain. Though, as the school year was coming to a end and the our super nice teacher, Ms. Parker, was chucking Crabbie Patties at us, Gabbie, then known as Leaf as she went Non-Binary, had to move to Hawaii. Not only that, Levi had to move to a different school. Though we all try to stay in touch once in a while. Now, as entering 6th grade, me and Lily had some classes together. Yay! Though, I could tell she had changed. during 2nd quarter, she stabed me in the back, and talked behind my back, saying she didn't like hanging out with me and basically saying to ditch me. She even admited it. then, during 3rd quarter, she handed me this letter.

Now, at this point, I was more dissapointed in the letter skills as it only had one sentence. One sentence. Honestly. Why only one sentence. Well either way, with that one sentence, she wrote something hurtful.

Dear, ****

I don't think we should be friends anymore you are rude and agressive.

From, Lily

...Yeah, her grammar was terrible. She forgot a period- (her hand writing is also terrible)(I got home and my mom gave me a box to take my anger out on it, I destroyed it, ripped it up, through it in a fire pit, kept the fire going for 1 hour, got the note, burned it, and had tea while it burned. /;*Yes Queen*;\)

Though, after that, she kind of took all my friends and ghosted me for two days. Then she became friendly and wanted to be friends again. I didn't get attached to her that much as I knew she was probably just using me. And I was correct. Later, the next day, within history, she told me face to face that she didn't want to be my friend anymore for personal reasons and personal changes.

Now, you may be like me and be like, what?! Personal changes? What is this sh*t!?

Now. I passed on but I had trouble making friends like normal. What Lily did to me was terrible and it will probably be that one memory about that terrible person that used to be your friend but backstabbed you and hurt your feelings pretty bad.

Now thank you for listening to my story/ramble. don't have a good day, have a great day (free guy) and if you have a friend like Lily Boyd, share their name or something about them or what they did to you down in the comments. Bye!
