URARAKA BEING RAISED BY MUSCULAR BC HER PARENTS WERE KILLED IN A HERO ATTACK
The heroes were fighting a villain and instead of trying to help the civilians get to safety and trying to limit property damage they fought the villain not caring for the safety of the civilians because this part of town was know to be poor. Therefore they thought it as unimportant and payed the for the damages of the survivors to not tell and told the news that they had tried their best to get people out but the villain was hard to deal with so they had a hard time with it but managed to get most people out and that they were sorry for the few losses there were and said luckily there wasn't many people in this area. When in reality there was many losses two of those losses being Uraraka's parents who she had tried to save using her quirk even though it wasn't very strong as she was only in middle school and didn't have a particular place where she could practice without going to far from home in case her parents need her due to her not yet having a phone and as she was on her way home after finding a place that was close enough to home for her to practice her quirk, she saw her house falling and used her quirk, As despite it being against the law to use her quirk she had to save her parents. Just as she was coming close to saving her parents her house got crashed into and she lose her grip on her quirk and her parents died. As Uraraka saw her parents die she decided that she hated heroes and that she didn't want to become one as heroes only cared about Fame and Fortune and Didn't truly care for saving lives and putting Villains in jail. She decided she would become a type of vigilante, She would hurt heroes with a bad background ones like Endeavor Who were Famous enough they could get away with stuff that normal people couldn't like his quirk marriage and the both mental and physical Abuse of his kids and wife. She would steal things (not too much and only from bad people) and hunt heroes who she knew were bad due to her talent in hacking (Yes she can hack) and Most of all She would train, She would train so she could do her job better, so she wouldn't get caught, so she would be faster, stronger, better. She was known as ghost she wasn't heard, She wasn't seen, She wasn't there, She never existed, Uraraka Ochako did but she was said to have died in the collapse of her home along side her parents. One day she was taking down some fake heroes Toying with them if you would and then she met him, She met Muscular, He took down the heroes no one suspected ghost was even there to begin with. At first she disliked him but she saw how strong he was, she wanted to become stronger, She wanted that Strength there was only so much she could teach herself and so she Sought him out she fought him to become her teacher and even though Muscular didn't want to teach her he saw her improving with each fight, he saw her determination, he Saw her work against heroes and he took her under his wing he taught her and She became stronger, She learned, she did better on her missions and he became fond of her just as much as she became of him, So when he joined the league of villains she did too, Although on her own terms of course. Everything was fine she was told to be their UA Traitor she Complained of course but this also allowed her to become close to the next generation of heroes and the staff, She would judge who was fit to be a hero secretly and even met some people who she thought would make great Vigilantes and or Villains and she was quite surprised that they were still trying to become heroes in the first place when they would be much better off not, These people were the members of the Dekusquad and so she made it her mission to Slowly show them how heroes really are and bring them onto her side not only because they would be great villains/Vigilantes but also because she as much as she doesn't want to admit had became a bit attached to them as friends.
