Backstory: Kenji Lee was the brother of Naoto Lee and childhood friends with Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki. When he saved them from the Sludge villain, he started being neglected by his parents. Years later, his uncle Minato Lee came to visit him and finds out about the negligence. Disappointed on his brother Patrick and his sister-in-law Rebecca, he went to the court and exposed the negligence, gaining the custody of his nephew. Since then Minato revealed to Kenji about Kamen Rider Psyga and Abarekiller before passing the transforming devices to him. Now Kenji can get his revenge on his family, his brother, and everyone in Union City, including heroes and villains.
