Dalton watched Avery ever since he was 13.
He found himself drawn to her.
It become an obsession.
He had to always watch her.
He knew that every weekend, she and her family would go to a local cafe in Boston.
He knew that every once in a while, they'd go to Coney Island to celebrate the holidays.
He knew that she enjoyed the city and its glory, enjoyed learning and going to school.
He loved watching her every evening, every morning... every day he had too.
If he missed a day, or a week, or a month then he'd end up going mad.
It drove him crazy that a routine in his day to day life consisted of just her.
He also didn't understand.
He also was confused.
What was this feeling?
Why did he have to watch her?
Why would he go crazy if he didn't?
So many thoughts, so many feelings, so many questions that he couldn't understand, that he couldn't grasp.
So he settled on just watching her, and letting all those things solve themselves on their own.
