Plot I
"I'm just a mutant...(sigh)"
Something goes wrong, Dr. Rockwell's phycic power is split between Donnie and him. Only problem is Donnie doesn't want it( well I mean he struggles between his moral values and being able to predict an opponent 's move ,but ultimately goes with "you better fix this Rockwell") post: Cassy and April relationship, Donnie being a civilized adult about the situation and moving on.
Here's the thing though, you can't possibly not help falling in love with Donnie eventually
IE: April and Cassy have a crush and don't even know it, not wanting to be the conflict between the duo he somewhat separates himself from them unsuccessfully. He does however make some new friends much to the dislike of Cassy and April. They realize they like him and well have a civilized conversation about whether they want to break up in presuit of Donnie or whether they still had feelings for each other. (SPOILER: they definitely still like each other and are really jealous of Don's new friends, and the definitely work better as a team, much to Donnie's dismay. [You can have Rockwell fix the reading minds thing wherever in the plot line, I'd cut it off a week after he found out Cassy and April liked him then he starts distancing himself, however I can see the fun in somewhat keeping it there a little longer ;) ]
Plot 2
Split personality: yep cliche I know but you can spin it many different ways
Cassy, April, or Donnie have humanoid or mutanoid aspeacts of their personality are running rampant throughout the city and the turtles need Rockwell's Phycic powers to help find them and restore them back to 1 being ( I imagine Rockwell to be boss ass savage about the thoughts he gets from the people not split up and the gang just being spiteful out of embarrassment)
Or 3 idiots crushing on each other and not knowing what to do.
Plot 2 second edition
Mikey is the one with with personality they have to find( the the three of them obviously flirt with each other each time they run into each other on the track for the mickeys ( many odd team ups to catch them: "Donnie,Ralph,April","Cassy, Donnie, Leo", "Cassy, aspect of Mikey,April" really anything you want.
May edit later, may not...meh
