It sat up against the wall in the break room. Stan had left it there realized it could be sold for a cheap buck, but totally forgot about it, busy finding other useless junk that hid in his attic.

"Hey," I remember dipper calling me. "We've been friends for a while..." My whole body tensed up. "And, uh, I was wondering if you could come over ASAP and help me investigate." Oh, now don't tell me the investigating body thing is coming true..."It involves a rug..." What? A rug?

"Oh, yeah, sure! I'll be over in a minute." I pressed the red circle, sighing.

And there I was.

I stood on that fuzzy green and yellow carpet, with very professional equipment. My hands were protected by Mabel's pink bedazzled socks, my feet covered in an extra pair of dipper's. He was still fascinated by how the transfer of electrons could switch minds, but he didn't know exactly why...and I was there to help him.

I sighed as I furiously rubbed my hands on the body-switching carpet. I felt the occasional shock as my hands heated up under the cloth, as dipper examined me carefully. Even though it looked like I was giving a carpet a back rub, I didn't complain. I didn't want to anyways, this was the Adorable little mastermind dipper we're talking about here. I wouldn't want to rain down on his scientific discoveries. I would take the the punches he threw to show my devotion.

"Okay, that's good..." He scribbled on his notepad. "Now stop."

I my hands paused at dipper's command, as he pulled a magnifying glass out from his navy blue vest, getting a close-up on the fuzzy socks that were rubbing against the carpet. Nothing was out of the ordinary, only a few of my (color)ed hairs we're drifting towards it. He sat the hand lens down and took out a pair of tweezers, examining my sock. I remember him lecturing me earlier that he was trying to contain the energy in the socks, which I doubted it would happen, but there was no use in not trying.

"Stay still, okay?" He said, the metal tool clenching the fabric.

I did as he said, of course so! There would be no point in saying otherwise, since I was just as excited to discover the secrets hidden within the bows of gravity falls. Dipper had almost peeled the first sock off, as Stan slammed the door open, resulting in the walls and furniture that laid inside shake and tremble. And being the awkward, jumpy person I am, I kept forward, at an amazing speed, my socks hands falling on dipper. The crack of the door was louder than a gunshot.

"(Y/n), I've been calling you for five minutes! We've got lots of customers and you aren't even in the gift shop!" Oh yeah, that...my mom had forced me to work here since I'm coming all the time, and it could earn us extra money to pay for groceries and stuff. "It's your shift!" But, it really wasn't a bad thing at all.

I frowned. Stan wasn't even looking at me, he was looking beside me. I was about to turn to dipper and rant about how Stan really needed to get his cataracts removed, but when I turned to my side I saw something i didn't expect. It was me. Well, another copy of me. Same (color) eyes, and same (length), (color)ed hair. Another (y/n) sat on the floor with a dumbfounded expression.

Stan angrily grabbed Dipper's-Er...my arm, which was me, but you...you get the point! He dragged her-him across the room, as he let out a squeal in my voice-"wait! Grunkle Stan! I'm not (y/n) it's dipper!" Grunkle Stan slammed the door shut, As I sat there with a confuzzled look, as my head spun and raced with questions.

Wait, I'm dipper now?

Can I go back to my old self?

Do I really look that ugly all the time?

I thought back to my body being pulled in by Stan. I shivered and climbed to my feet, immediately falling down. I guess this is what a baby felt like trying to walk for the first time. I finally stumbled to my feet-Well, dipper's feet-and walked towards the door. I was starting to get the hang of his adorable body....I smiled thinking about him.

I took my first wobbly step down the stairs, and let out a small "yes," in victory under my breath, as i soon ended up at the bottom of my stairs with my body sprawled across the wood. "Ow!" As I just began to get to my feet again, Stanford's foot pounded against my chest. (Hah, there's a plus in this-no more boobs!) "Where are the bobble "! We need more bobble heads!" He aggressively screamed, running upstairs. Maybe dipper really does let everybody walk all over him, especially Stan.

I rubbed my chest, peeking inside to see a red shoe print. "Remember to chop that wood!" I sighed, adjusting my hat and walking into the gift shop.
It was indeed crowded with people, and it was hard enough to go outside to do some dumb chore that I wasn't even supposed to do. It was dipper's, but I guess this is what I get for living in Gravity falls. "Hey guys, what'sSaSSzup?" I walked over to Mabel and...uh.. Me? Dipper?

"Noooooooothing," Mabel grinned sheepishly. That's what she always said when we were talking about the whole 'thing' between me and dipper. (Y/n)'s face was as red and heated as a tomato from the girly topics. A large customer bumped in from behind me.

"HEY! Wher are the bobble heads! I want some!" More and more people supported the stamens,w acing money in the air. "Watch out kid!" I backed away, apologizing, and headed from the door.

I poked my head outside and looked around for the axe, which was propped up against the soda machine that sat in the front. I balanced it on my hands, shakingly slamming down on the wood, falling down with a sigh. My hands were already starting to get blisters.

I heard a jingle, and turned my had to see a worn-out (y/n) with knotted hair, and her (brand) (color) shirt was starting to sag down her shoulder. She looked into my eyes and gave me a weak smile, shutting the door, and came to sit down beside me.

"You didn't use the bathroom, right?" I said, breaking the silence. "Right?!" We just stared at each other and broke out in a crazy laugh.

Then the silence shot right back. I clicked my shoes together. My hand felt another warm palm on top of mine. I looked at me, straight in the eyes. Even though I was looking at myself, I could see dipper's adorable expression somewhat on my face. (Feeling les or nah?)

His hand reached onto my face as his shaky hand ruffled my hair. He was nervous and awkward, but I liked him all the same.

We pulled out heads together and embraced. It wasn't perfect, no-but I loved it all the same.

We pulled apart as he grinned at me.

"I'm such a pretty girl."
