I am so sorry for how late this chapter is but I genuinely lost track of time. I'm on the ski team and that does take up about half of my free time but the season should be over after this weekend meaning I will hopefully be able to put more work into writing stories.

Kaminari, as Ojiro soon found out after a minute of waiting, was not practicing his balance; he just didn't know what to do next. The next fifteen minutes or so was spent with the two teens sitting next to each other watching youtube tutorials on Kaminari's phone for how to skateboard for beginners. Once they had a basic understanding of how they were supposed to do this, they took turns watching each other step onto their boards, push off, stumble, then fall.

"With your tail I thought you would have better balance on these." Kaminari commented while watching Ojiro pick himself up off the ground.

Ojiro hummed as he thought for a moment and watched Kaminari try again, but ended up falling with a groan. "My tail does help with balance, but this is also a new activity. If I just leave it in its normal position behind me it throws off my balance so I also have to figure out how to position my tail while I'm riding." Kaminari nodded, seemingly understanding.

Ojiro put one foot on the front end of his board and pushed off with the other, only to realize too late that he had placed his foot too far forwards as his board tipped, throwing him face first into the concrete. His face flushed from the brutal contact with the ground and from embarrassment. There was a tiny gasp behind him and soon a hand was gently placed on his shoulder.

"You good there, that looked epic but also very painful." Kaminari was now kneeling in front of him cupping Ojiro's injured face with his small but sturdy hands. Ojiro reached up to hold his aching nose as he felt a warm liquid trickle out of it.

Ojiro was left to sit on the stairs by the rails as Kaminari went to buy paper towels from the gas station across the street. Pinching his nose and tilting his head back, the image of concerned, golden honey eyes looking into his eyes and the feeling of such soft hands on his face flashed through his thoughts. The nosebleed became a little worse as more blood rushed to his face.

"How did you manage to make that worse?" Kaminari asked as he crouched in front of the injured male. Opening the small pack of tissues he bought he took one out and started wiping off the blood from Ojiro's face. Kaminari paused for a moment as he made eye contact with Ojiro, "Crap, sorry, you could be doing this yourself." Kaminari's face flushed as he handed over the tissues and grabbed the dirty ones to throw them away.

Taking one of the tissues and ripping a piece off to put in his nose, Ojiro watched Kaminari walk off with the dirty tissues to throw them away. He was aware of these feelings, but for some reason he wasn't able to bring himself to fully acknowledge them. Ojiro smiled at Kaminari when he came back and got up from the stairs. "It's getting dark out so we should probably head back to the dorms before we get in trouble."
