We get out the car and go into the mall. the mall dose not have many people in it because it kinda early so we walk around until we see a prom type of store. we found one and started walking to it.

Matt: look theres a store right here

karina: ok lets go matty

Matt: ok do you know what you're looking for yet? like do you have a inspo board because nick did and i thought you might

karina: yeah i do

Matt: can i see or?

karina: oh yeah i guess i didn't get the memo 

Matt: yeah you didn't

we both laughed and then i showed him the picture.( it was in the last chapter btw)

Matt: wow i like that, so we are going for all black?  

karina: yeah, do you have any ideas for your suit or whatever?

Matt: no but i can wear nicks old one its all black

karina: ok thats good nick looked good that day

Matt:ok i'll ask him right now

Matt calls nick and asks if he can wear his suit and nick says yes

Matt: he said yeah

karina: ok well time for me to shop then

i found the perfect dress it was the same as the inspo picture. i bought it and then we walked around the mall for a few hours. the sun was set and we went in his car then went back to his house. when we got there he went to get nicks suit so we can see how they look together. i got my dress and went into matts room and then i changed while he was in chris's room. i got done then i put on my shoes that i also got from the mall and then started walking down the stairs where everyone was. as i walked down i saw matt and our eyes met. his beautiful blue eyes. i could get lost in them everyday. he was.perfect.

Matt: wow karina

karina: wow matt i love that suit on you.

Matt: thanks but look at you, you look amazing

karina: thank you matt but we should get changed before we ruin them

Matt: ok you can go first

as i was walking up i could feel matt staring at me. i was so lucky to have him. i don't know what i would do if my mom didn't take me to the park that day. i got into his room and put my outfit back on. i walked back downstairs and saw matt in his normal clothes.

Matt: now were matching again 

he was smiling while he said that so i laughed and agreed.

Matt: ok lets go to bed because you have school tomorrow your lucky we let you skip today

karina: ok fine lets go

we walk upstairs and i grab one of his hoodies and my sweatpants that i had left there. i took off my shirt and put on the hoodie. we have known each other for so long we had always done that. but this time it was. different. i don't know why but it just was. maybe it was because we were going to homecoming together but i don't know. he was still on his phone just scrolling thru tiktok and was paying no attention to me but it still felt weird so i went to the bathroom to change my pants. i went back into the room and he was asleep so i just got in the bed and laid down.

Matt: goodnight karina
