Chapter 1: Birth Of An Angel

It was 2022, an era where possibility and outcomes are endless. It is also the year where I happened to be born.

Hey, I am Kareem Gabriel Sebastian. I am currently 36 years of age and happily married but I didn't thought that I would have even made it to 21 to be honest...

November 7, 2022, the day I was born. My mother and father were crying tears of joy as they laid their eyes on me. I was an "angel" to them but that didn't last for long.

They named me "Kareem Gabriel". Both of these names have good meanings. My family like to put a lot of meaning to things. I do too but sometimes in life, there is no meaning.

Sometimes people will do stuff just because. They don't have any good or bad. They just do it just because.

But I like to think that in every situation, in every life, there is meaning. I don't know anything yet because I was just born but as I grow, I know that I will realize a lot of things and will want to know everything but of course that's impossible. We cannot know everything and maybe it's for the best.

Anyways... Back to my birth. After a few weeks in the hospital, the doctors gave permission to our family that we may go home since mom is in a good condition already.

I don't remember much memories since I was still a baby but I think I was a happy baby and mom described me like I was a literal angel.

She said that I didn't give her any pain in the head. I didn't cry much like other babies. I was different my parents thought. I was different, but I'd like to think that I'm just weird haha.

Although one bad thing about me when I was a baby. I was a picky and messy eater. I would make a mess with my food and would not drink or eat if It's not the food I like.

I kinda feel spoiled on that part since I always got the things that I need but I don't think I was spoiled since I was still only a baby.

I was a chubby baby back then. My mother said I looked so cute when I'm chubby. She also said I got some of her facial features but I mostly got my features from Dad.

My mom was a very beautiful lady, she was also a smart one but she has quite the temper. Unlike mom, dad had so much patience, even when mom was shouting, dad remained calm and I looked up to that. I think I got my patience from dad.

Nothing much happened as I was a baby. I was pretty much an average baby but a lot is about to come in the next years of my life and I only hope that I was prepared for it

But even though a lot will come in the future, I don't regret being born. I'm thankful for everything especially mom and dad. You guys are the best. I only hope we could have spent much more time together but that's life.
