Mika Pov

"What were you gonna tell me again?" Jay asked and looked at me while I was still chewing my food.

"Oh, right..let me finish this first" I barely replied and pointed at my mouth.

"Take your time..you look ugly with your mouth full" he laughed out.

"Thanks" Not wanting to argue, I answered him sarcastically.

I finished my food, wiped my mouth and started my rant "About that..Jungwon is such a jerk lately" I scoffed and rolled my eyes.

"How can he be so cold to me" I continued.

"Maybe he's just busy" he replied, "he tells me that all the time..I always try to understand him but I'm getting tired..I just want to take a break" I pouted and looked down.

"Don't" he said sternly making me look at him, "I mean.."

"Jungwon doesn't have anyone to vent out to..and in fact he's really happy to have you, believe me" he blurt out.

"Yes, he have us..but you're different" he added.

"Stop" I jokingly replied.

"Well, I'm not planning to break up with him anyways..unless he did something with Sowon"
Mentioning her name makes me feel irritated for some reason.

"You do know that, right?" I questioned.

"Yes, I do know that Sowon is working for him" he said bluntly and drank his iced tea, "Good, he's out on a date with her today" I straightforwardly informed him.

Hearing my statement, he almost chocked on his iced tea as he shouted random questions, "WHAT?..WHY?..HOW?"

"I've been receiving death threats lately" I said, his eyebrows scrunched, "why didn't you tell me?" He softly asked.

"I didn't tell anyone" I replied, "I kept it myself..and Sowon was the culprit behind the act"
He made a disappointed expression.

"That Sowon is really something else" he shook his head while clicking his tongue.

"And that's why jungwon is on a date with her..she promised to leave us alone after"
I continued.

"Jungwon really trusted her that easily..Jungwon is really immature" he sighed.

"Really?, I think he's brave though..he's brave enough to face sowon to protect our relationship and my feelings" I said in amusement as he just stared at me.

"I don't know what's happening Jay..even he said those hurtful words to me..i-i still love him" I closed my eyes and bit my tongue for me not to cry.

"I know Jungwon..he'll make it up to you" he reassured.

"I really really hope" I said sounding so desperate.

"Well, I have something to tell you also" he fixed his hair and cleared his throat.

"Go ahead"

"I hope this doesn't change anything between us" he looked down as I nodded in reply.

"I'm going straight to the point" he sighed.

"I like you Mika" he confessed and I looked at him.

"I know..for quite a while now actually" I admitted as he was more shocked than me, To be honest, I knew that this was coming, I feel really sorry because I don't feel anything for him.

"Oh, u-uhm..I know that you already have jungwon but..I just want to say and clear out my feelings for you" he said.

"Don't worry, I have no intentions to steal you away from him" he chuckled and scratched his nape.

I laughed at his panic state, "I'm glad and I won't let you steal me away from him anyways"
I smiled at him to remove the tension.

"Are you not mad?" He pouted.

"Why would I be mad?..it's your feelings Jay..I'm just really sorry that I couldn't return it"
I apologized as he smiled at me, "it's fine" he replied.

"You know Jay, I feel like you and jungwon are pretty similar to each other" I looked at him.

"Really?, In what way tho?" He curiously asked.

"like jungwon, you were also brave..brave enough to tell your feelings to your best friend's girlfriend and I'm super thankful for that" I stood up, still looking at him and patted his hair.

"Am I really tho?..I can just leave like Sowon, so i won't ruin your relationship with him"

"Now that's not very brave of you..that my friend is called being a coward" I quoted out and pointed at him.

"And I don't want that from you" I continued.

He nodded, "what do I do now?" He sighed for like the 6th time today.

"If it's ok with you..I want us to continue being friends" I smiled at him.

"I like that idea too-

"as long as you know your limits" I smirked and he jokingly raised his arms to surrender.

I laughed at his actions and touched his nose instead as he flinched lightly.

"Now, let us go and meet my mother" I took the take out food that was on our table and grabbed his hand.

"We're taking your car and your driving" I commanded him and laughed out.

"Do I have a choice?" He rolled his eyes as we both laugh.
