3 months later
"You're cute together." Jacob said as he looked at Bradley and Taylor sit side by side. Bradley had gotten fond of him over the past few months.
"Thanks." Taylor grinned and kissed Bradley's cheek before heading to the restroom.
"You hurt her and I'll—"
"I won't. I promise," Bradley assured.
Jacob nodded. "How are you two going to handle the long distance?"
"One day at a time? Not sure what I'm going to do with myself when she's gone."
"You'll figure it out."
"I'm sure we will. How's your mom handling everything? Is she still furious?"
Jacob asked, "is your mom still furious?"
"So it's still the same then."
"Pretty much," Jacob said. "But you guys are happy. That's what matters."
Bradley watched Taylor as she walked towards them. "At least I don't have to worry about anymore bachelors coming my way."
Jacob laughed.
"What are you two talking about?" Taylor asked.
"Just how lucky I am to have you," Bradley said. Taylor smiled and kissed Bradley.
"I'm lucky to have you too."
