Hayes Pov

The judge gasped

I could feel Nash looking at me with pure anger

"Is this true?" The judge asked

"Uh, no mam I was just disciplining my brother for his bad actions" Nash lied making me scoff

"This guy at school called me names so I punched him and Nash saw dragged me home drank beer and whipped me with his belt 100 times!" I yelled

The judge Perused her lips

"Nash, whipping is a crime, and whipping the boy on the back isn't-

Nash quickly cut her off

"I didn't whip him on the back, I spanked him with it" Nash quickly said

"Oh, well in my books nothings illegal about that, it's all considered discipline, he may of been drunk but we will set him some classes to stop it but if Nash's addicted we might be able to give Hayes to him" the judge explained

"He isn't" Matt quickly spoke

"Well than, Bart, you didn't sign any forms to officially keep the boy so I'm sorry to say we have to give him to his brother" the judge said giving Bart a sad look

"I understand your honour" Bart said giving a sad nod

"Congratulations, Hayes Grier is now your's" the judge smiled

"Thank You!" Nash smiled

"No need to thank me, now get out of here and have a nice day" she smiled.

I left out with Bart giving him a hug

Bart patted my back before whispering

"Call anytime"

I heard someone clear their throat from behind me

I turned around to see the devil himself

"We'd like to have him right now" Nash said with a hard stern look as the boys behind him

"Yeah, his stuff is in the car" Bart said walking over to the car and grabbing my stuff before dropping it right beside my feet

"Bye Hayes" Bart said giving me a tight smile

I let out a sigh picking it up

"Put your stuff in the trunk" Nash said not looking in my eyes

I rolled my eyes going over to the car and opening the truck and putting my luggage in.

I walked over to the door opening it

Everyone was in there seats filling all the seats leaving me none.

"Where am I going to sit?" I ask

"You can sit on any of our laps" Matt offered

"No" I said shaking my head

"Hayes" Nash growled from the drivers seat

"That's so gay" I spat

"Either sit on one of there laps or you can sit in the trunk" Nash spat

"Rather sit in the trunk!"

"No! Your not you can either sit on a lap or be pulled over one" Nash growled

"Why offer me to sit in the trunk if your not going to let me?" I growl

"Sit.down." He seethed through his teeth

I let out a sigh taking a seat on Carters lap

He wrapped his arms around my stomach making me so uncomfortable right now

"Good" Nash said before starting the car.

This is going to be the worst car ride, Carter kept squirming with me on his lap and man I felt like I way heavy since he kept squirming but I have no idea where we're going.

"Wanna sit on my lap?" Aaron asked

I didn't answer just looking out the window

"Answer him" Nash said looking at me deadly through the drivers mirror

"I'm okay" I answered not looking at him

"Okay" Aaron whispered.

We stopped at mc Donald's getting out to eat, I was so released getting off Carters lap and I bet he was happy to.

We all got what we wanted sitting down to eat but I quickly ran to a seat so I won't sit on a lap again

"Nope, your sitting on Aaron's lap" Nash said shaking his head

I gave him an angered look

"Why?" I spat

"Because, your on punishment, whenever you sit, you sit on one of there laps" Nash said before taking me off my seat letting Aaron sit before forcing me to sit.

After we finished we went back to the car and I had to sit on Shawns lap, he didn't look to happy but didn't say a word about it just wrapping his arms around my waist pushing me back so my head was laying on his chest which was nice. I closed my eyes letting myself think.

"Awww he's sleeping" I heard someone coo

"Someone take a picture!"

I wanted to open my eyes and scream at them but I couldn't

"He's so adorable" I heard Shawn say squeezing me

"I love this punishment" Jack G said

"Since he's sleep lets take pics with him for fun" I heard someone suggest

I felt myself being picked up over and over again put onto lap to lap just for them to take photos! I want to open my eyes but there not opening

"Let's make one of those sleeping vines" Aaron laughed

I let myself let go not caring anymore going off to dream land.....

"Ayes..... Hayes..... HAYES!"

I woke up quickly eyes widening

I turned my head over and got smacked across the face with something gooey

I blinked my eyes open to see them with the phones videoing it while laughing

I gave them a glare closing my eyes and turning the other way

"Come on Hayes you've got to wake up were here" I heard the person whose lap I'm on

I turned my head to see Carter

"I don't want to"

I felt myself being lifted up.

Man I could get use to this.

Carter carried me somewhere, all I know is that he walked up some stairs and I was dropped on a bed, Carter put a blanket on top of me tucking me in before giving my forehead a kiss

"Sleep tight Hayes"

I smiled cuddling into the blanket smiling

I heard Carter let out a some laugh before going over to the door and locking it.
