Chapter 4: Loving Family

Chanyeol drove to Baekhyuns home in less than 10 minutes and he wasn't shocked to see all of his friends and Baekhyuns friends car park infront of  Baekhyuns house. He turn off the engine and step out. He went to the passengers side to open Baekhyuns door and take off his seat belt. He pick up Chanhyun from Baekhyuns arms and extend his other hands to help Baekhyun step out of the car and close the door. Once Baekhyun step up he was encased into a tight hug by no other than  his best friend Chen. Baekhyun was startled of the sudden action.

"Baekkie! I'm so glad to see you again!  It's been six years since the last time I saw you and I miss you so much my best friend!" Chen says as he hug Baekhyun tightly.

"Chen!. . .I'm so glad to see you again! I miss you too!" Baekhyun says as he hug his best friend back with teary eyes. Chanyeol who sees Chens action  immediately pull Baekhyun away from Chen's arms and  hug Baekhyun.

"Okay! That's enough hugging my love , Chennie Chennie Chen Chen! Let's all go inside and my son is sleeping" Chanyeol says with furrow brows as he pull Baekhyun away from Chen's arms with jealousy.

"You're just jealous! You stupid giant elf!" Chen says to Chanyeol with piercing eyes as he look at Chanyeol. Baekhyun who feels the tension immediately speaks up to clear the tension that building up in the air between his best friend and now boyfriend.

"That's enough you too!. . .let's get inside and talk! We don't want to disturb my neighbors and file complaints against me, right?" Baekhyun says as he walks towards his house to open the door with Chanyeol and the others following him behind. Once they're all inside, Baekhyun lead Chanyeol to his sons room and ask him to put Chanhyun on his bed. Chanyeol told Baekhyun to go outside to meet and talk to their friends and  he will stay a little with Chanhyun to change his clothes. Baekhyun nod and point at the closet where Chanhyuns clothes is located. He steps out of his sons room and go straight to his Bakery. He put on bread and pastries on a tray and  bring it inside and serve it to his friends.After placing the tray to the center table he went back to the bakery to get can sodas and place it in a tray and serve it back to his unexpected guest. His small living room looks more smaller with 11 people in it. Chanyeol steps out of Chanhyuns room and pull a chair on the dining table by the kitchen. Chanyeol sat on the chair and pull Baekhyun to sit on his lap. Baekhyuns cheeks felt hot with a little rosy painted in it sitting on Chanyeols lap. Chanyeol broke the silenece as he speaks and looks at the people on the living room.

" I call all if you here today to tell you that me and my love has already get back together and we already had a 5 year old son name Chanhyun. We've talked things over on what happen between us and he gave me  a second chance to start a new with him and our son. I'll explain the details soon but not now. We have to discuss and deal with an important matter concerning my son. Kris, like I told you on the phone, I want to file a case again two ladies who mock my love and call him names like cheap, uneducated person, and accusing him that he is useless that's why I abandon him and my son. Their words hurts my son and might cause him trauma not to go to school. Kai told me that we can file oral defamation and libel against them for calling my Baekkie names and child abuse for hurting my son that may cause him trauma. Isn't that right? And I want you to process my sons transfer to  EXO Academy and Baekyuns move to Seoul with me in two days" Chanyeol says to Kris who has his furrow brows after hearing his Chanyeols story.

"Kai is right. We can sue them by filing multiple cases against them for one, we can file oral defamation, libel and also malicious mischief against those two women for calling Baekhyun names and second, we can file child abuse since my nephew is a minor.It may cause him trauma not to attend school so we might need to consult psychiatrist for him. We can also ask them to pay for the damages and inconvenience that they have cause. I will also process my nephews school transfer and their move to Seoul in two days." Kris says.
