There once was this teenage girl. She wasn't your average teenage girl. She was different. She was a beautiful, smart, young girl. There was just one thing that made her different. She was overweight. She's been overweight all her life.
People would always pick on her. They would call her names, stare at her and laugh at her. Sometimes they would even push her into lockers or down the stairs. People have gotten so cruel to her that she thought of some things. She was sick of all the name calling and bruises. She got the thought of cutting herself. She thought it was a bad idea at first, but it felt good after she did it. She still wasn't happy with herself. She thought cutting wasn't doing any good. She then got the idea of starving herself to lose the weight. After a week, she passed out and no one noticed. She started eating again..
She had been depressed for a long time. After awhile she started cutting again. As the years went by, the bullying got worse. Then to add to it, she started experiencing family issues at home. She couldn't handle it at all. One day she got the idea of killing herself. She was only 10 years old at the time. She had the idea of drowning in her pool. It didn't end up happening because her brother came outside.
As she got older, she met more people. Most of them hurt her, but some became her friends. She felt a little better, but still felt bad about herself. She hated that she was bigger than everyone else. She still cut herself once in awhile. People came and left her life, but she's still holding on.
A lot of tragic events have happened. She has lost a lot of important people. She goes through so much everyday and all she does is keep everything inside. She's been to CPEP and is waiting to see a therapist. She is doing the best she can to stay strong and stay alive. Hopefully no more poeple leave her life. Hopefully things get better for her because she doesn't know what to do anymore.
This unique girl does have a name. Her name was never mentioned because she hides. People don't really see the real her because she's afraid to get judged even more. Her name for now is April, but if you keep reading maybe she'll come out and show herself. A lot is in store for you. She tells you more about her life and the reasons for her decisions.
