"Teddy Bear for sale." This bear has a story. Stained with memories. Memories of happiness and pain. He has seen the best, he has seen the worse. Before you buy this bear, hear his journey.Sitting on a shelf not knowing his purpose. Till one day a boy picked him up. He was put into a bag with flowers and a card not knowing where he would be taken. After a day of sitting in the bag he was taken to another home. As he heard laughter and another person, he met face to face with a girl. She had a smile so big it scared him. Suddenly he was flung as he saw the girl hug the boy. She picked him back up and hugged him while telling the boy she loved it. During that hug he felt acceptance. He was then sat against a pillow with view of the two. They shared laughter and smiles. They were both so happy it made him feel warm inside. The boy watched as the girl fixed her hair and he saw how the boy smiles and lit up. As they walked out, the room was dark and quiet. He sat there waiting for them to come back.A few hours later they came back. He heard her running down the stairs. She grabbed him by the arm and he flew in the air and up the stairs. She hugged him tightly in the chair as her and her friends laughed. He felt like he found a good place, not sure what his purpose was yet but he wasnt giving up.Nights went by and she always cuddled him. He was buried under her blankets all day but by night she would be frantically looking for him.One night he was waiting under the blankets for her but something was different. She was laughing? No...Crying. He could hear her but could not see her. She was screaming and it sounded like things were being thrown. Suddenly he was grabbed. She sat there hugging him so tightly he felt suffocated. His head was wet? Her tears were falling all down him. After about a week of this every night he knew his purpose... His purpose was Comfort. She left him on top of the blankets one day and he could see himself in the mirror. He had black specks all over him. The black stuff she puts on her eyes every morning? He thought to himself. He wanted to help her but knew all he could do was sit there and be hugged. When she came back the next night, she hugged him while on the phone with her best friend and he heard everything that was wrong. He did not like that the boy was crushing her.She hugged on to him so tight because he was all the hope she had for her and the boy to stay together and happy.The bear saw her cry, scream, and cause herself harm. All he wanted to do was be more than...comfort. Slowly he became nothing to the girl. He sat under her blanket, never touched. All he wanted was to become her comfort again because he hated hearing her cry every night.He was put into a bag, a place he hadn't been in for awhile. When he was taken out, he was taken out with the card, and flowers he was put in with in the beginning, plus a stuffed monkey. Suddenly he was near a fire. Her and her friend laughed while burning everything up to him. The girl cried inside and decided not to burn him. She was laughing on the outside but broken completely on the inside. That was the last night he was held by her. Now he sits under the covers as nothing. She looked at him tempted to hug him but knows it will only hurt her. He understood why but he wished he was given to the girl by someone who was more and really did love the girl. He knows she deserves better...He was set on the top of her bed and she out a sighn in his hands that read "When you buy this bear, know he is more than just a bear. He holds all my tears and pain. Treat him right and he will hold yours as well.." The price on the bottom read "Priceless." The girl wasnt ready to let go but soon it will be time and she will give up all she thought was real..
