~(After a few months of friendship)~
Pepa's POV:
I was walking around the village asking if people needed help. Most of them glared at me angrily, but some accepted my offer, thanking me for my kindness. After a while of walking, I sat down outside, watching the birds hop around in the trees. After being friends with Felix for a few months, I started to develop strong feelings for him. I wish I were brave enough to tell him how I feel, I thought to myself. Then, I saw Felix, and I motioned for him to come over, and of course, he came running over.
Felix's POV:
Pepa's ginger hair, which was left loose, had a yellow bow wrapped around her head, keeping her hair out of her face. She also had freckles all over, and, as always, she was looking up at me with kind, gentle green eyes. She's so beautiful, I have to tell her how I feel. "Hey, Pepa..?" I said nervously fidgeting with my fingers. "Yes, Felix?" she answered. I love her so much! Her voice is always gentle and kind when she's calm. "I...I love you!" And I really wanted to know if you'd be my girlfrie-" He hadn't even finished before she pulled him close, and kissed him. The kiss was long, her warm, soft lips pressed against his.
Pepa's POV:
As I pulled back from Felix, I opened my eyes and blushed, smiling shyly at him. Felix blushed and smiled back, murmmering "So-I guess that means we're a couple?". "Yes, silly!" I nudged him affectionately before saying, "You should have dinner with mi Familia". "Yeah, I should meet your mother," Felix said, and a rainbow spread across the sky. "Someone's happy!" he said, smiling. Why did he have to be so adorable!?
Felix's POV:
As we walked into the dining room, I noticed her family was already sitting at the table: Pepa's sister, Julieta, Augustin, Julieta's boyfriend, her brother, Bruno, and Alma, Pepa's mother. Pepa sat down on the other side of her sister, and Felix sat next to Pepa. "And who is this, Pepa?" Alma asked calmly, looking at me. "His name is Felix,and he's my boyfriend," she answered. "Alright, you will take care of her," Alma said, scowling at me as Julieta smiled at both if us and whispered in Pepa's ear, "Congrats". I nodded at Mrs.Madrigal, and everyone passed around the food, taking what they wanted.
