Ch.2 Be scared till no more

As we walked into the door I noticed that everything was still, as if they know I was coming. We sat his stuff in the spare bedroom and we both walked downstairs to meet my parents, knowing they would say yes but I still needed to ask them if he could stay here.

"Here we go" I muttered under my breath. Kito heard and then went stiff, I put a small kiss on his cheek and kept walking.

At the bottom of the stairs my parents were waiting to hear my explanation for Kito and his boxes. We walked up to them and I ask " Mom, Dad can Kito stay here, his parents kicked him out and he has no where else to go?"

"Well sure, but why did they kick you out?" Mom asked unsure about the reason.

"I'm ... I'm g-g-gay." His words so unstable it made him look weak. I grabbed his hand to help him calm down a bit; it didn't work much.

My Mom grabbed him in, gave a huge bear hug telling him it's ok and don't worry, "You can stay here as long as you would want, Kito." Mom has always been the everybody's mom type of person.

When mom finally said it was time to eat, I was starving. Kito said he wasn't hungry and went to unpack his stuff in his new room. Mom said ok and just, say something when he was hungry.

When I was eating I remember that we had guns and knifes in Kito's room, so I quickly got up to get those out of his room so he couldn't hurt him self more. Dad seemed to remember too and so we quickly walked to check on Kito.

We walked in and Kito was just laying on the bed listening to music with his eyes closed and headphones in, so Dad just grabbed everything and left. I stayed and jumped in the bed with Kito, he opened his eyes and smiled, god, he had the perfect smile and his almost purple eyes with his golden hair with brown highlights just fit perfectly, just like a puzzle, and it was just amazing.

He still had this scared look in his eyes, I sat up and he did the same I took him by the chin and said" don't worry anymore, I'm not leaving anytime soon if at all, and no matter what I will be by your side." He looked shocked, so I tilted his head and leaned in connecting our lips with coping motions; I would lean in and warp my arms around his neck, then he'd do the same. We finally broke apart to catch our breath.

"That kiss was just breathing" he panted out, I nodded confirming his word choice, leaning in to give another.

We laid there just looking into each other eyes when mom knocked on the door" Asher, Kito time for bed" crap it Sunday, we have school.
"Aaahhh mom can't we skip school tomorrow" I moaned
"No you both have school tomorrow morning."
"Fine" I shouted back, "ok I'll be back around six" I kissed him on the forehead and left.
