Geto Suguru had started the war,                                                                                                                        

Unohana had her tied hair in a loose ponytail, she also secured her scar that was in between her collarbones by making fixing her clothes tightly. Seeing her like this Gojo made a comment about her sudden change of  'style'."Oh myyyy! don't you look pretty just like that!" He complimented while, Isane was kind of scared that her former Captain might, lose control in this war. 'Oh god I hope she will not go on berserk later, like last time' She hoped in her thoughts. 

Unohana, Isane, Gojo, Inumaki and Panda, the five of them were heading to Shinjuku Tokyo while Maki and Okkutsu where left at Kyoto. The time Unohana and the others arrived at Shinjuku, the curtains on Tokyo had started to go down. 

"Something doesn't feel right." Unohana looked at Gojo while speaking, as  Isane had already split up with them."So it wasn't just me? huh." Gojo relates to Unohana. "One-guy seems particularly trouble-some"he added. Unohana looks at the guy together with a woman who were on top of a building, she hummed as a response to Gojo. "Hmm, you'll take care of him?" she asked smiling gently. "Sure! can you take care of that woman right there?" Gojo smirked. "Sure." she replied.

As they were about to fight them Ijichi called out their names telling them that Geto was not in the front lines here in Shinjuku he guessed that he was now on Kyoto. Unohana asked Gojo if they needed someone to guide the first-years, so she could return or send Isane to Kyoto. Gojo said that it was unnecessary, he told Panda and Toge that they were Yuuta and Maki's 'last line', so he sent them back with a teleportation spell. 

"Now Unohana-san, u ready???" Gojo asked Unohana as he stared at the guy on the rooftop. "Of course." She replied, she looked at the woman intensely while having a dark smile on her face.

'Whats with that look crazy woman?!' the woman on top of the building scrunched her face while looking at Unohana.

While the man named Miguel the man that Gojo was supposed fight , chased him, Unohana and the woman now known as Manumi Suda was still staring at each other.

Unohana did not make a move as she was waiting for Manumi to make the first move. 'Manumi fuck! move, you're just irritated by that woman's look!!' Manumi thought to herself, when she was about to make a move. Unohana decided to jump on top of the building to see the woman's close-up reaction. 'WHAT THE HELL?!! THIS BUILDING IS ALMOST 28 METE-' she was cutted off when an immense pressure was in her ribs, she was blown far way from Unohana who kicked her since she was getting impatient, Manumi was blown to the direction near where Gojo and Miguel's was. 

Isane was somewhere killing curses, 'Captain Unohana!, I hope you have fun with them, I don't really want to deal with you' She sighed as she continued killing curses together with Meimei.

"Are you insulting me?" Unohana said darkly to Manumi, they had now landed in the middle of the streets. "YOU BITCH ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY!!? DON'T YOU HAVE ANY MERCY??" Manumi yelled while coughing out blood, which caught Gojo and Miguel's attention. "M-MANUMI??!" Miguel shouted and looked at the woman who did that to her. "Why would anyone show mercy? this is a war." She looked at Manumi disgusted that she was no fun at all. 'She's crazy.'Gojo who said mentally, he saw Miguel busy worrying about Manumi he decided to attack him."Hey!! Your enemy is here no there! hehe!" He mocked.

Unohana was staring at Manumi, she was holding the side of her ribs. "Let me heal you." Unohana demanded, Manumi had no time to protest since she can barely even move because of that one kick earlier.  Unohana kneeled in front of Manumi and started to heal her. After she had healed her, Manumi stood up and avoided eye contact with Unohana. "YOU"RE GONNA REGRET HEALING ME BITC-" Unohana was now bored of her, in a blink of an eye she already put her zanpakuto to its sheath."You bore me." Unohana said as Manumi's body was split into half.

"I thought I was gonna have fun." She began killing cursed spirits who were on her way, while she was swiftly killing Grade 1 and 2 cursed spirits, she saw a massive one that was destroying buildings. There was no doubt it was a Special Grade.

Gojo saw the gigantic curse, he assumed that it was a Special Grade Curse 'I need to hurry up and finish this man or else that curse will end up destroying the whole city!' he grimaced mentally while he was blocking Miguel's rope that seems to be disturbance to his technique. 'Oh wait I can just rely on Unohan-' He looked at the place where she saw Manumi screaming for mercy at Unohana. She was done. She saw the woman's body that was already split into half. 'She's brutal too.' He scrunched his face at the sight and decide to tell Miguel. "Hey, wasn't that your girlfriend earlier?" He pointed at the direction Manumi was in, Miguel looked at the direction Gojo was pointing. He was stunned that he saw Geto's assistant was split into half. "i'll kill that wom-" before he could finish Gojo punched him. "Fight me first~" Gojo sang.

The Special Grade she saw was now launching its hands to in attempt to grab her,she  hold her zanpakuto upside down while letting the blade cut the cursed spirit's hand as it passed her, she was not the type to be pissed off easily but after fighting Manumi she did.  She laughed menacingly and release an amount of spirtual pressure she used to intimidate captains before.

"AHAHA, how stupid! the new generation is so weak that it makes my wound throb!"She laughed and her clothes were now loosely hanging on her body for moving a lot, which showed her scar that Zaraki gave her.
