Kasamatsu Yukio X Reader

Practice session

After bidding Kise goodbye, you and Kasamatsu walked home.

"Hey, I'm just gonna quickly drop off some stuff in my house and shower and change of you don't mind."

"A-alright..."

You arrived at your house and let Kasamatsu in. You ran upstairs to your room and dropped off your duffel bag. You took a quick shower and changed into a pair of jogging pants and a loose t-shirt. You grabbed your bag and went back downstairs to Kasamatsu. Who was sitting on your coach twiddling his thumbs. You smiled at how adorable he was.

"Ok senpai I'm ready now we can go!"

You locked your door after yourself and followed Kasamatsu to his house. His house was a bit bigger than yours. You looked around at the nice furniture they had. Your eyes trailed to a particular frame. You giggled as you looked at Kasamatsu's toddler picture.

"Oh my gosh!! Senpai's cheeks were so chubby back then!!"

Kasamatsu blushed furiously and grabbed your wrist, dragging you upstairs, away from his embarrassing childhood pictures. Kasamatsu opened the door to the music room and told you to get comfortable as you waited for him to go shower. You pulled up the youtube video you had downloaded earlier of someone playing the piano to Find you. You sat down on the bench and rested the phone on the ledge. You watched them play the first time, and after rewinding the video you began to copy them. You made some mistakes but that was expected, especially since it was your first time playing the piano.

Kasamatsu walked in, blushing as always.

"I-I could hear you f-from my room, y-you sounded great. E-Especially for your f-first time."

"Thanks senpai!!"

You dug threw your bag and pulled out some music sheets, you had quickly stuffed in your bag before leaving.

"Heres the notes so you can practice senpai!"

Kasamatsu took the notes from your hand and thanked you. Placing the notes down and then going to grab his guitar. He began to strum the notes. You watched as he played the guitar, after a few seconds you realized you also had to practice and turned around. You placed your hand on the keys and played the first part almost perfectly, your fingers would occasionally graze other keys making you cringe. All in all it was coming along perfectly. Kasamatsu watched in awe as you played the whole song, humming slightly as you played. He blushed lightly and went back to playing his instrument. You both decided to take a break from playing and actually try singing the song. You sat close to each other on the bench, you were sharing your phone which had the lyrics on it. Your heads were slightly touching as you leaned in together trying to read the lyrics in your hand. The first run wasn't to bad, your voice was pitchy a few times and Kasamatsu kept stuttering. You told Kasamatsu to relax and pretend you weren't there. In fact, you left the room, closing the door behind you. You leaned against it and sang along with Kasamatsu. He had stopped stuttering, but nervousness was still in his voice. As the song came to a close you smiled. Kasamatsu's singing was amazing. You squealed inwardly as you entered the room.

"Senpai is so sugoi!! Your singing is amazing!!"

Kasamatsu blushed at your compliment.
"A-rigatou [l/n]-chan... Y-Your singing is w-wonderful. I really l-like listening to it...."

Now it was your turn to blush. Your face was a slight pink, and felt a little hot.
"A-arigatou!! I'm glad you like listening to me sing. I also enjoyed senpai singing..."

You spent the rest of the time perfecting playing your instrument individually. You both made light conversation, commenting on how well the other played. The next time you two practiced you'd try to play together, which shouldn't be too hard. It was really late when you decided to head home. Kasamatsu had walked you home of course. You bid Kasamatsu goodbye when you arrived at your house, before he left you hugged him. You blushed lightly as he froze from your touch, but soon began to awkwardly hug you back. You both separated and you smiled at Kasamatsu.

"I had fun today!! I guess I'll see you later!!"

Kasamatsu became a stuttering mess. You watched as Kasamatsu walked off, soon disappearing from sight. You closed your door and squealed in happiness.

"Oh my gosh I can't believe I hugged him!! Awww he's just so... Ugh!! I hope I get to see him this weekend!"

You skipped off to cook yourself some food. You couldn't wipe the silly grin off your face as you replayed the days events. Unbeknownst to you Kasamatsu was also celebrating inwardly. That night your dreams were filled with a certain hot-headed senpai. 💖
