WHERE IT ALL STARTED ; ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄
__ . mina morales is 17 years old , born in brooklyn , new york . she lives with her mother and father; rio morales and jefferson (jeff) morales .
in freshman year of high school , she and her best friend , camilla perez , snuck out of camila's family apartment during a sleepover and went to a closed skate park nearby . while the two where there , mina was bit by a radioactive spider .
when the two girls woke up the next morning , the quickly realized something was off . mina had woken up in a puddle of sweat and an intense feeling of heightened senses . in panic , mina grabbed ahold of camilla's shoulders , shaking her best friend for answers (who was just as panicked as she was) . when mina went to let go , her fingers stubbornly stuck to the fabric of camilla's shirt . both girls started to wrestle and struggle against each other in attempts to free mina's sticky hands from camilla's favorite britney spears tee. as they grew more confused and scared the louder the chaos became . it wasn't until camilla's grand mother knocked on the door that mina finally pulled herself free . however , the entirety of camilla's sleeves where glued to her hands .
to this day , camilla will never let her best friend live that day down .
