It was a quiet night in Storybrooke.

Emma was at Granny's eating a grilled cheese. She was trying to have a relaxing day, but she couldn't. She was thinking about something.. or someone. She was so distracted. She forgot about everyone else inside Granny's, she thought she was the only one. Then she heard her name being called, over and over. She turned around and saw.. her bestfriend standing in front of her.

(Emma's P.O.V)

I couldn't stop thinking about him.. I was trying to have a relaxing day today, but he was on my mind all day. Right now I was at Granny's eating a grilled cheese, trying to forget about him. But I just couldn't.

"Emma? Emma?!" Someone said

"Huh?" I said turning around, a little scared.

Standing in front of me was my best friend. Killian.

"Oh hey.. Killian" I said looking at him and then looked down

"Hey, Swan.. Are you okay??" Killian asked me. He sounded a little worried.

'He was worried about me! Maybe he likes me too!' I said to myself in my head. 'No. No.. Maybe he's just worried cause I'm his friend.' I said to myself again.

"Oh yea.. I'm fine. Don't worry about me" I said quickly.

He looked at me and then asked "Are you sure, love? You were staring at something"

I looked at him and then down. I didn't answer. Right away he knew something was wrong.

"What were you thinking about, Swan?" He asked, looking at me waiting for an answer.

'I can't tell him, that I liked him right now' I told myself. 'He was just asking me too much questions'

"I said don't worry about it, okay?!" I said to him a little annoyed.

"Swan.. I-" He tried saying but I interrupted him..

"Can you just please LEAVE ME ALONE?!" I yelled at him, while slapping my hands on the table.

Then I ran outside Granny's.

(Killian's P.O.V)

I was at my apartment, sitting on my couch. I was really bored, so I decided to call my best friend. Emma. 'Oh Emma. The most beautiful girl ever..' I said to myself, smiling. I called her 5 times, but she wouldn't answer. I started to get really worried, so I decided to call Mary & David to ask them if they knew where Emma was.
'Is Emma okay? What if something happened to her?! Ah. I can't lose her..." I said to myself in my head, while calling Mary & David.

"Hello?" I heard David say

"Hey David, it's Killian" I said

I heard him saying 'it's Killian' he was probably talking to Mary.

"Oh hey Killian. What can I help you with?" He asked

"I just wanted to ask you guys if you know where Emma is?" I said quickly

There was a pause. I started to get worried.

"Emma? Oh she's at Granny's" he said

"Oh okay thanks" I said

He said 'no problem' and we hanged up the call. Then I started to run to Granny's. I was so worried that I pushed everyone around and screamed 'sorry' to them.

When I got inside Granny's, I saw Emma at a table. 'Thank god she's okay' I said to myself.

She was staring into space, or at least I think so. I stood at the doorway for at least 3 minutes, trying to wonder why 'my' Swan wa-- wait did I just say 'my Swan? No.No.No.. We're not dating.. Well at least not now but she doesn't like me. Ahh.' But anyway, I was wondering why Swan was staring into space. Then I decided to go talk to her.

"Swan?" I called her. She didn't answer.

"Emma? Emma?!" I called her again. This time she turned around, a little scared. I think I scared her a little.

"Oh hey.. Killian" she said looking at me and then looked down

"Hey, Swan.. Are you okay??" I asked her. I was worried about her. So worried.

"Oh yea.. I'm fine. Don't worry about me" she said quickly.

I knew she was lying. I looked at her and then asked "Are you sure, love? You were staring at something"

She looked at me and then down. She didn't answer me. After that, I started to get worried. Right away I knew something was wrong with her.

I started asking her to tell me, but she would just tell me "she was fine." I knew she was lying.

"I said don't worry about it, okay?!" She said to me a little annoyed.

She's never really like this. Something was totally wrong. I felt bad for asking so many questions..

"Swan.. I-" I tried saying but she interrupted me..

"Can you just please LEAVE ME ALONE?!" She yelled at me, while slapping her hands on the table.

Then she ran outside Granny's..

I just stood there shocked. She yelled at me. Does she hate me? Probably. I don't know.. Everyone was staring at me.

"Sorry about that.." I said to them.

They just turned around and continued to eat. I was still shocked.

'Should I go get her?! But what if she hates me..? I think I should leave her alone. Ugh I don't know'

I thought about it, quickly.

I knew what to do now..

Okay so first of all, this is my first time writing a book.. so im srry if I make mistakes hehe

I was very excited to write this story! Just yesterday I was getting ideas for a book and well.. here I am now!

Tbh I didn't want to publish this book at first but then I thought about it and said to myself "what if this book makes someone happy?" And since I love to make people happy I decided to publish it!
