~ Oliver's POV ~
"Wow," Keith said, looking over my appearance. "You look good.""You too," I said, observing him too. "I'm glad I went with a blue tie."
Keith wore a blue tux with a black tie, which was the opposite of my black tux and blue tie. His hair was swept back out of his dark brown eyes, which was similar to my hairstyle.
"That eyeliner makes your eyes so much more defined," He said as he stepped closer. "I'm liking it." I smiled at him and fixed his tie that was a little too tight.
"Let's get going," I told him. "We don't want to be too late." He agreed and lead me out to his car, where he insisted he open the door for me.
On our way to the Highschool, Keith and I did karaoke to some older 2000s music. It was relieving to let go of all of my troubles, even if it was just for one night.
"Damn," Tyler said as we walked into the highschool entrance. "You two look like models." We laughed and greeted his date, who looked just as stunning as Tyler had described.
"Well," Keith said, grabbing my hand in his. "Let's go show these straights what we're about." I couldn't help but laugh as he pulled me into the gym, taking stride in his steps.
The gym was lit up by disco lights and pop music was playing. Not exactly what I expected, but I wasn't surprised.
"We're only going to be here for about an hour, so make it something special." Keith told me as he drug me to the dance floor. We stopped right in the middle and waited for Tyler and his date to catch up before starting to dance like fools. It didn't take long for everyone else to join in.
"Umm," Brent, Keith's friend, started as he noticed our interlocked fingers. "What are you doing?"
"What do you mean?" Keith said, becoming more ridiculous with his steps.
"What are you, gay?" Brent asked bitterly.
"Yes, actually," My boyfriend said proudly. "And I would appreciate if you kept your negative comments about it to yourself." Brent huffed and then stomped off.
"Sorry." Keith leaned in to say. I shrugged it off and put my hands on his hips.
Right in the middle of all of these high schoolers, Keith kissed me. It wasn't long or hungry, but it was gentle and quick. It was such a simple thing, but it filled my stomach with butterflies.
Up until it was time to leave, Keith, Tyler and his date, and I all danced happily to the music that played throughout the room. We had lots of fun, and I knew I would remember it.
"Let's head to the party," Keith said to Tyler and I. "I want to get there before all of the booze get drank." We agreed and followed him out to the parking lot where we then split and got into our separate cars.
We drove to the party and got out eagerly. Keith drug me to the table filled with alcohol and filled up two cups. I took one and downed a bit of it, then followed him out to the back yard where Tyler and his girl were.
After that, I lost track of time. Keith and I didn't arrive back home until one in the morning. We drunkenly made our way up to his room where we instantly fell asleep.
I knew that after that night, Keith was mine forever and always. I was Jones' boy.
