Nick pov

I'm packing the last of my things into boxes the movers r here to move everything over to my new place in forks Washington I put my hand up to my chest were the stone lays i have done this for years as it brings me comfort I can never let the stone get into the wrong hands thats why I taught my self everything I needed to know about witchcraft the first thing I did was put a vary strong cloaking spell on the stone I have also painted or sketched every major event that has ever happened ever since I could remember

The last painting I did was of two people there beautiful with gold eyes I knew they were vampires I could feel it but I have no idea who they r i felt a pull toward forks so i packed everything and bought a house out in the woods near that small town

I grabbed my carry on and left I got to the airport and showed the lady my ticket and passport then I sat down it didnt take long for them to call first class to port Angeles Washington i got up and got on to the plane

As soon as the plane took off I was asleep dreaming of those two vampires I awoke shortly after I had 30min till we got to the airport in port Angele's so i grabbed out my pocket sketch pad and I sketched there faces the were standing next to jeep in some parking lot

Before I knew it the plan landed and I was off I got a cab to my new house witch was a two hour drive I passed by a road leading to a house I could just barely see peeking out of the trees but I'm sure not many even new it was there

We got to my house the movers already there I unlocked the door and let them in they placed all the boxes in the living room its not a huge house but its nice it had a basement and two bedrooms a living room kitchen and attic as well as two bathrooms one guest and one in suite

I spent the rest of the night unpacking I could go days with out sleep but eventually I would crash I just get lost in my head when I'm doing things

After I unpacked everything and set everything thing up it was nice and cozy the first thing I did was turn the basement into my work space for my witchcraft I drew out a magic circle on the floor for protection of the house then I went out side with a bag of salt and powdered egg shells I sprinkled it all around the property in a clockwise motion completing the barrier so nothing with bad intent could enter

I then drew sigils I had created above all the windows and doors these sigils would notify me if someone that I haven't aloud in the house comes in

Finally as that was done I saw that I had stayed up threw the night and it was nearly dawn I needed food in the house so I grabbed my keys the movers had left my car in the drive way

I grabbed my wallet and I left out the door as soon as I got on the road I realized the store may not be open yet but I still had an hour drive into town by the time I get to the town and to the store it was around 830am so the store had just opened I thought I would be the only one there but there was a car in the parking lot a silver volvo I went into the store and started buying the necessities

As i got to the meat section there was a woman there she had soft features and beautiful brown hair framing a heart shaped face she looked up at me as I approached I saw her eyes were gold she was a vampire but I knew gold eyes meant she fed on animals so I had nothing to worry about

She looked almost scared for a second but composed herself "hello my name is Esme"
I smile at her I knew she was a kind woman " hello my name is Nick "

I grabbed a stake and a few other meats as we talked about idle things i told her I lived out of town she said "oh thats the same for my family and I " I loved talking to her she had such a motherly kind aura I couldn't get enough of it we talked about me being new in town as we checked out the girl at the check out look surprised at us I assume its cause the Cullen's her family kept to them selfs because of the vampire thing as we left she asked if I would like to come over and meet her family some time I turned to her and said " I would love to Esme " she gave me her number so we could set up a date

We got into our own cars and I drove home I put away every thing that i bought food in the kitchen bathroom stuff in the bathroom

Esme pov

Once I got home I put the food that we didnt need in the fridge Carlisle came up behind me and hugged me then he said "u smell odd my love did u meet someone new " I smiled and turned around kissed him and said "yes I did his name is Nick he just moved here it was odd tho right before he approached I had this over whelming feeling of fear like I needed to run away " Carlisle looked confused and said " strange what could scare a vampire like that "

After awhile our "kids" got home we called a family meeting Thats when I told them about the new man in town
