Yay! I got my summer holidays today so when I got off the bus I went to see Max! It was time for him to eat his 4:00 hay so I helped Darrell with the hay and then I took pictures of him while he ate. I got bored of taking pictures of him after a while so I sat on him. Max isn't the tallest pony so when I sat on him all I had to do was run and jump. Just something my instructor, Bridget taught me to do (she doesn't believe in stools or mounting boxes). After Max was done eating I brushed him, then I asked Darrell to get me his saddle and bridle but to leave the saddle on the fence. I rode him bareback for a while but I can't jump 2'9ft or gallop bareback so I put my saddle on him and ride for a while.I made Darrell set up a few jumps for me he watched me for a while but then he told me that I should start to cool down because it was 7:00 and I had been riding since 5:00 so I started to cool down then I untracked and brushed him. I led max to his stall put on his blanket and then I went home to eat.
Now I am writing to you!
Until next time,
Jayne xoxo
