My LDR Story

Beginning Note

The story that your about to read, involves tears, sadness, anger, happiness and let's not forget about love.  People have questioned about Long Distance... & I'm here to answer some of the questions whenever I mention about LDR.  "Ohh... I've recently heard about those... What are they?" Well, a LDR stands for Long Distance Relationship. It's just a relationship but the other person lives far away than a relationship that lives close.  "I heard those don't work... Is that true?" It honestly depends on the couple if they do want it to work. In my own opinion, they do work if the couple is doing their best in their parts of the relationship.  "Oh, What are the big things to have in a LDR?" Well, I say loyalty, trust & communication especially.  Without communication, there's like no spark in the relationship. It's like you guys are like strangers... Communication & trust are the 2 huge main ones... Without trust, well, what can I say? Without trust, it's hard.  Long Distance is truly a hard thing but with enough love & strength, it's a beautiful thing like any other relationship. Though, its slightly bit different than relationship you usually see... You probably see couples hugging or holding hands or even kissing, but with a LDR, Its different.... Well for me, it is... I don't have the ability to hold him or kiss him... If I did, I would just be holding my phone close to me at night... & If we were to kiss, We would kiss each other through Skype. Skype... I wish I could meet the creator who made Skype. The creator made distances more easier & reliable. I always rely on Skype for my calls... In case someone doesn't know what Skype is, It's just an app that you can find in the app/play store. You can call, video & chat with people. It's pretty convenient for people who need to just see each other or you know, just hearing their voice at the end of the line.  Skype is what I use to video call my boyfriend when we do dates & such... & I must say its pretty fun, haha cx .
