Mcdonalds trip

It was now 8:45am so i went back to my locker to get my books, my first class was English with Ms Jensen. She was tall with blond hair and really nice. She taught well, she didnt give any homework, she was generous with the work, she never got mad at students, she was the best teacher to have as the first class or the last class of the day.
As i walked into her class i was kindly greeted by her
"goodmorning Maddy" she said with a sweet smile
"goodmorning Ms. Jensen" I said sitting at the back of the class
After most people got into the class, Ms Jensen started doing the attendance.
This class always goes by really fast, before i knew it I was in art class.
I sat down in the seat my teacher assigned me in the beginning of the year, apparently Madi and Alanha werent here today since Nick sat next to me.
"Hello" Nick said
"Uh- Hi" i said
"How are you" Nick said
"I'm good, how are you"
"I'm good too" Nick said as he took his art book out
my teacher walked in and put his bag on the desk
"Okay class, you have a project to do. You are going to take a picture, a good quality beautiful picture then you are going to draw, color, or paint that picture onto a canvas. i will hand out your rubric for this project in one moment. This project will be due in two weeks, and you will have no time to work on it in class so you will have to work on it at home. you can either work on it with a partner or by yourself, no small groups. Alright get into your partners"
"Maddy, wanna be my partner. you're a pretty good artist" Nick asked
"Sure" i said
"okay, give me your number and ill send you my address so we can work on this later today" Nick said as he handed me his phone already ready for me to make a new contact
i wrote my name and number down then i took a selfie to put as the profile picture then handed his phone.
"girl you are so pretty" Nick said looking at the picture i took
"thank you" i said with a little laugh

In that class we were learning how to make realistic human portraits. me and Nick were making jokes and laughing all throughout that class, he was such a sweet guy and he was really funny.
"Maddy, Nick. stop disturbing the class or i will send you two to the office" Mr Cohn said
"Sorry sir" Nick said holding in his laugh
once the bell rang and everyone was about to leave Nick stopped me
"hey what are you doing for lunch?" he asked
"im not sure, probably just going home for a bit. why are you asking?" i asked
"just wondering, would you maybe wanna hang out with me and my brothers? we are going to mcdonalds and i can pay for you if you dont have money" Nick offered
"ill come, only if your brothers are okay with it" i said
Nick smirked and started laughing "TRUST me they will be more than happy for you to join, lets go" he said wrapping his arm around my shoulders and started walking out of the building
We walked over to the van where Matt and Chris were already there
"Jesus Christ finally, what took you so long?" Matt asked
"i was talking with Maddy!" he said as he stood next to the boys
"oh hey Maddy" Matt said as he saw me
"hey" i said
"she's coming with us today" Nick said
"okay, sounds good" Matt said
once again, Chris was just looking at me. Chris then walked to the back doors and opened it, still looking at me
"well thank you so much Chrissy" Nick said in a high pitch tone while messing up Chris's hair as he got into the back seat.
i smiled at Chris "thank you" i said quietly as i got into the van and sat beside Nick. Matt got into the drivers seat and Chris got into the passenger seat, Nick was behind Chris and i was behind Matt.
Chris started playing music and we all drove to Mcdonalds
"So Maddy, you ready for gym?" Chris finally spoke to me
"no, Mr Culbert is a dick and is creepy" I said
"Facts" Nick said and we all laughed
We all talked until we got to Mcdonalds then Nick started ordering for everyone, we paid and got our food. Matt parked and Nick handed everyone there food
"I still had no idea Mcdonalds had sweet tea" I said
"It's soooo good" Chris said "try it" Chris added as he handed me his large drink
"you sure?" i asked
"mhm" he said as i took it and took a sip
"holy shit that is good" i said handing his drink back to him
after eating we all drove back to school, every once in a while Chris would hand me the sweet tea to take a sip of and smile at me
