Love Comes in its Firsts

3-1 First Sharing

Ai's POV

Fab Chi: My turn now for our next one.

Luna: Don't you want to explain what first sharing means to the readers?

Fab Chi: Oh yeah, almost forgot. This set of chapters is called first sharing where Syo and Ai are going to some about their feelings they started to notice in the previous chapter. Ai shall be going to Reiji and Syo will talk with his best friend Natsuki.

Luna: Now then, hope y'all like her story...

With my confusion of my feelings, I decide to go to Reiji.

The next morning, I get up at my normal time, 5:30, and got ready, planning to talk to him as Reiji makes breakfast like always.

"Need any help with breakfast, Kotobuki?" I ask as I enter the kitchen.

Reiji looks up from his work and smiles, "sure, Ai-Ai. Stir this pancake batter for me."

I accept the bowl and whisk, beginning to stir. Reiji pulled out another bowl and begins to break eggs into it.

"Reiji, can I ask you something?" I say after a few moments of silence. Well, silence from me, Reiji was whistling as he worked.

"What is it Ai-Ai?" He looks at me, concerned by my serious tone.

"Have you ever had your heart racing because someone is near you and you have the urge to be as close as you can to them?" I ask him seriously.

"Are you talking about a crush?" Reiji looks at me with his head tilted and I nod. "You are, that's adorable, Ai-Ai's got a crush~" he says in a singsong voice.

"I have yet to determine if it is so." I say back, "now then my question?"

"Yeah I've had a crush, for a long time really." Reiji answers honestly, seeming slightly embarrassed.

"For whom?"

Reiji looks at me, knowing I won't tell anyone. "It's Ran-Ran." He shares with me quietly.

"Kurosaki? And what do you experience with your 'crush'?" I ask, putting air quotes in my words since the word is foreign to me.

"Crushes are different for anyone. Tell about you've been feeling and I'll tell you if it's a crush." Reiji says happily.

I tell him about what has been happening with Syo and how I've felt. When I explained how I couldn't find errors in my software, he laughs really hard.

"Well Ai-Ai, I would say that you are most definitely in love." Reiji tells me as I finish and we get the food onto the table.

"Love?" I say another foreign word, though I've heard it said enough.

"There's no doubt about it. You just have to tell him about it and see what happens." He says and sits down. The kouhei begin come in and grabs some food as I think of what he said.

Maybe, I should do that, take a chance.

Fab Chi: Awww, he's growing up so fast T^T

Luna: And who do you like caused that *giggles*

Fab Chi: Me, oh well. Did anyone like the cannon ship of Reiji and Ranmaru? They are so awesome and adorable together. Anyway thanks for reading ^_^
