Cecil is Isabel older sister. She may seem like a snotty blotch but that's not the case. She is a graphic designer who wears what she wants and doesn't care. She helped took care of Adam and Jolie. She was extremely close to Jolie and was gonna move with the kids and her brother in law. Unfortunately on a trip to the zoo the railing was bad and she fell I the Alligator exhibit and landed near some Alligator eggs. She was torn apart alive, thus scaring Jolie so hard she became somewhat of a selective mute
