I sigh preparing myself for the worst. "And they are?" I asked. She laid back in her chair and that made me panic a little. She was way to strict to be relaxing. "You could be expelled. Become a dance girl again. Or become the welcoming committee for these fine gentle men for two weeks." She said giving me a smirk. If I wasn't in this situation right now, I'd get someone to vandalise her car. " It's all up to you" She said. I looked at the boys for a minute. Yeah I knew who they were, and I did not want to deal with thirsty h^es, or the dance girls because I wouldn't be able to control my anger around the captin.
"Well it as nice knowing you Mrs.Bowes, because i choose explusion." I said with a serious face. I'll just go to a different school .Big whoop. Fury and shock shot across her face. "Boys could you step outside for a moment?" She asked without breaking her gaze at me. And the moment they shut the door, she began screaming.
"Why Do You Always Have To Be So Stubborn?!?! For Someone So Smart, You Make Horrible Decisions! And I Just Don't Understand Why?!?!" She finished, now standing. "Look I weighed the options, and your mad? I can just go to another school. It's not that big a deal." I said camly. But she wasn't having that. " NO! You know what Carter, Your staying here and your going to help them you don't have an option anymore. You either do it or fail!" She said sitting back down. " BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR! I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THE BULL THAT'S GOING TO COME WITH HELPING THEM!" I yelled. "Well life's not fair, I've made up my mind. There's no changing it, your dismissed." She said handing me their schedules.
I snatched the schedules out of her hand and glared at her. She didn't even look up. "Ugh" and with that I walked slamming her door making everyone jump a little. I started to walk out, but Ms. Woods had stopped me before I could. "Carter your going to make my job hard, slamming doors like that." She said trying to lighten the mood. I laughed a little. " I know I'm sorry". I said giving her a big exagerrated hug making her laugh too. "I guess I'll be going to class now, may I have my phone back please?".puppy dog eyes "I hate when you do that. Yes...here" She said handing me my phone.
I almost got out of my punishement, but she stopped me again. "Forgetting something?" She raised an eyebrow at me. "Oh yeah have a nice day". "Carter!". "Fine" I said giving up and walking over to the boys. I looked at there shedules they had some of my classes, but we had lunch together.
this is going to be torture
"Look I know who you are, and it doesn't impress me. Just do what I say, so we can stay out of each others way as much as possible. Now follow me, so I can show yall where your lockers are, where your classes are going to be, then lunch. Try to limit the questions to a minimum, kay? Now let's go." I said walking away. Ms. Woods said 'Good luck' then went back to typing. I turned around to see all four draggin their feet, like I had all the time in the world, or something.
"Could you be anyway slower? I have classes to get to you know?" I said sounding extremly irked. "Yeah we know, but we're not moving any faster till you stop being so rude." said the guy with two braids. "Well, good luck finding everything on your own, because I actually have good grades to withhold. I don't have time for childsih behavior, bye." I said completly unaffected by what he said. I dropped their schedles on the floor, and a mapof the school. Then I just walked off, I didn't care. I was trying to get out of this school as quick as posssible, and no one is going to slow me down.
I suddenly felt someone grab my hand....
