It's Christmas, the most Jolly day of the year~

"JAMES POTTER AND SIRIUS BLACK" Professor McGonagall shouted from the great hall.

Laughter of boys were heard from the hall.

The Marauders had a plan to celebrate this jolly day of course.

In early December...

"Prongs~" Sirius sing song as he came in the common room and James hummed in response.

"What should we do to celebrate the most jolliest day of the year?" Sirius questioned cheerily and James smirked, "I thought you wouldn't ask, Padfoot!"

"Obviously we have to celebrate it as festive as ever!"

"Of course, y'know what I am thinking?" They lock eyes nodding and James grinned.

The boys whispered their ideas and grinned cheerily.

While Remus who had just came, looked at them warily.

"What are you both up to this time?" Remus asked warily and they turned to look at Remus cheerily.

They approached him and whisper their idea while Remus eyes widened in surprise, "What do you mean!? You wanna-"

"Shush! You can't spoil the surprise!" Remus shook his head in disagreement, "You couldn't! Or probably you couldn't make it." He looked at them warily.

The pair smiled at him, "That's why we have the help of the smartest wizard our year!"

"Absolutely not!" He shook his head in disagreement, "I don't think either I could do it"

"Please Moony! You are the best wizard we know!" The pair of boys then looked at Remus pleadingly.

Remus looked at the pair giving him the puppy dog eyes and sighed, rubbing his temple.

They are doing this on purpose and yet they are adorable...

He sighed again, he agreed and nodded slowly...

It wasn't out of his will, this is a bribe...

"YES! Thank you Moony! You are the best! Now we have to start making it!"

Remus was already regretted agreeing so easily..

It took them weeks to make the plan in action. Mostly the main piece and the center attraction. James and Sirius had went to the infirmary more often than not.

"Ouch!" James shouted and Sirius grimaced, "Well, who knew that carving was hard?"

They had been doing this for almost 2 weeks now. It was hardwork especially since both didn't necessarily know how to carve and had to learn from scratch. Causing them to make A LOT of Mistakes. Though they are making progress even if it's slow. Now it's starting to at least shape like it...In a way...

"Me neither" while Remus sighed, tired, "Well, I told you already"

They shrugged, "Yeah, but I didn't expect it to be this challenging!"

"It looked so easy when muggles do it!" James argued and Sirus backed him up, "Yeah!"

Remus looked at them helpless, "Well, why am I even helping in the first place..." Remus mumbled.

"Hey! You love us! And tell the truth, you also want to see this happening anyways!" James argued, "We know you doo Moonyy~" Sirius sing songed.

They weren't wrong, he was interested and curious about it but they have been....like...this...
