Last Sacrifice

Chapter one

I wake up as I feel a cloth being pressed to my face when I hear someone whisper in my ear "Scream and the rest of your family will die. Now I am going to remove the cloth are you going to be a good girl and keep your mouth shut." I nod my head at him and feel the cloth removed. I try to get a good look at him but feel as a blindfold is wrapped aroundmy eyes and that is when I close my eyes.

I open my eyes breathing hard and look over at the clock on my bedside table. I groan as I roll over and try to go back to sleep. I realize that it is pointless and crawl out of bed and head to the kitchen. I put A peice of toast on the toaster and start the coffee. I butter my toast and eat it in a few bites. I head back to my bedroom and grab my clothes for the day. I head over to the bathroom and take a quick shower. once I am out of the shower and throw my hair up in a messy bun to do my makeup. I put on my black dress with a light blue belt. I put on my black eyeliner and mascara. I put on some grey and blue eyeshadow to go with my eyes. My eyes are a grayish blue which doesn't match with anyone in my family. I hear someone knock on the door and I quickley pull my hair out of the pony and scrub some mousse into my hair. I decide to let it fall down my back in gentle curls before walking out of the bathroom. 

"Good morning, How was your sleep Mina?" my mom asks

 "It was alright I guess," I reply while making my coffee. I head over to the door and add "I will see you later mom, love you."

"Be home by nine tonight please,"

I head down the driveway and head down to the school. I head over to my locker and put my schoolbag in to it and grab out my binder before heading to my english class. I sit down at the desk going over my essay before handing it in to the hand in box. I head back over to my desk and pull out my book  and start reading. I fall so deep into the book and don't even notice the rest of the class showing up into the classroom. I realize when I hear the teacher walk up to the desk with her heels and I put down the book and open my binder and grab a pencil.

"I see only one person has finished the essayon time," Ms. Miyoshi says as she walks back to the desk, "I will give you until the end of the class to finish them. If they are not done I will hand zero's to all of the students who do not get them in."

 As the rest of the class is working on there essays I head over to Ms. Miyoshi, and ask "Ms.MIyoshi is it alright if I head outside to read my book for a while,"

"No, I beleive I will have a talk with you later about your schoolwork as well, It seems we are going to need to have a conversation," She answers.

"Of course," I nod my head at her and head back over to my desk and pull out my book again

         As soon as the end of the class comes I wait till the rest of the class leaves before going to the teacher and asking "You wanted to see me?"

She nods at me and turns to her desk pulling out a bundle of papers. I look at her questionly before she replies "This is the schoolwork youwill be attempting to do from now on. You will have to hand these in by the end of the month, as it seems you are ahead of the class on your work  and got an A on your essay so you are going to be doing different work as of tomorrow, Have fun,"

I turn around and walk out of the door and head outside to the cortyard. I find a place hidden in the trees and flowers and lean back to get some rest before lunch. I close my eyes and slowly fall asleep. 

    I am standing in the middle of a feild. I recognize it and realize I am standing in the schools field. I look down at my hands and realize that they are tied together. I look around slowly seeing if there is any way at all to escape. I see that I am sorrounded by thousands of men and woman. I Try to scream for help when I hear a voice behind me "I would not do that if I were you princess."I try to speak and say that I am no princess but the words wouldn't come out of the mouth. He whispers silently in my ear "It is time for you to wake up and take your throne to protect your kind princess," I gasp as I feel something dig into the skin on my neck and try to fight but I can't seem to move. I feel suddenly as if I am looking down at myself and realise my eyes are a blood red colour. Also I look completely different. My hair is a long dark mahogany brown with a slight curl. I am wearing a tiara, and a long black dress. I look around and realise everyone who was trapping me before where now bowing before me. I feel myself fall back into my body and....

I wake up with the sun shining down on my face and try to figure out what the dreams meant. These dreams that I have been having started less than a year ago on my 15th birthday. I can never seem to find the meaning of them. they always have that guy in them. I can never seem to see the guys face. I only ever hear his voice and he seems to always calling me princess, always telling me that it is time to wake up.

I pull out my cell phone and call up my mother "Hello, Mina"

"The dreams have come back worse now. What can I do to stop them? What do I do to end them? How do I end this thing that is happening,"I ask, panicking slightly to myself as I ask.

"Come home Mina, we will talk about it when you get here," I hear the click of the line ending the call.

 I quickley get my things from my locker and put then into my school bag. I close my locker and head out to my moms work.
