They ran into Luke some of Hermes the Greek messenger Luke was trying to act all cool, Thalia
said if you want to keep talking you can but we have an angry mama and papa cyclops on our
tail, they found out quickly that Annabeth and Luke were half-bloods and Thalia was a goddess
so that meant that the cyclops would only try to eat Annabeth and Thalia. The plan they came
up with was that Annabeth and Luke were going to try and talk to the cyclops to see if they were
good cyclops or not if they were evil Thalia would go from behind and try to kill them if not they
would walk away uneaten.
