BEN and I sat on the couch in awkward silence. I stood up and walked to the door.
" I'm going to take a walk. Don't worry about me. I'll be fine." I said.
" All right..." was all BEN said. I walked out into the cold air. I needed to relax. I remembered one place. I walked near the woods. Next to it was a beautiful waterfall. I used to come here as a kid. I smiled at the thought. I squinted my eyes in the sun. My eyes settled on an over grown pathway with beautiful flowers. I smiled and set off into the woods. There haven't been any attacks, so me being the kinda dumb one, ran into the woods, to excited to see my childhood waterfall. The water reflected the sun. The water being so clear, you could see all of the fish in the pond. The waterfall was not a huge one, but it was big and quiet. I settled my feet into the water. I closed my eyes. The smell of nature filling the air around me. I opened my eyes and saw a shine. It was coming behind the waterfall. I then heard a scream.
" Help!" It sounded like a little girl. I ran behind the waterfall. There was a cave!
" Hello?" I asked.
" Over here!" A voice called back. It was a little girl in a pink dress. She was all bloody and tied up.
" Oh my gosh!" I gasped. The girl's brown eyes gazed up at me.
" Help me.." she said quietly. I saw a knife on the floor reflecting the sun's light. That's what I saw. It was in the corner of the cave. I grabbed it and started cutting the ropes. Why was there a random knife coincidentally here?
" What happened? Are you okay?" I asked. She wiped away her tears and nodded.
" A scary man threatened to kill me if I screamed and grabbed me. He tied me up and... he... raped me.... he then left me here to die..." As I finished cutting the ropes, I looked up at her.
" I'm so sorry to hear that. Where is he now?" She stopped crying and started to smile.
" Gone." She grabbed the knife from my hand and stabbed me.
" Ahhgh!" I screamed in pain.
" Just like you." She smiled a large smile and kicked my head. My vision became blurry. I saw a man appear next to her.
" Slend-" My eyes closed and my consciousness drifted away...
