The Little Princess

Prolouge

Looking out into the dark night there was this little princess who was no older than eight years old locked up in her chambers. She was there because her parents claimed it was for her own protection. She knew why she was locked up and it was nothing that she did wrong.
The reason she was locked up was because her parents were ruling with tyranny as they were the king and queen of Wintercrest . They were evil in the sense as they made the low class citizens into slaves while the high class gets to live a lavish life. Not only did the low class citizens become slaves but anyone who is not high class got to starve and had to fight to survive.

Now the king and queen ended up only having one daughter named Abigail. Now as we can see she is the little princess who is sitting on the bench right next to the window wishing that she had a normal childhood. Every where she looked, she saw other children playing around with each other and their parents. But how her parents ignore her she could never have that type of fun and love that the other children got. It's just that her parents are heartless monsters who only cares about their power over the people.

After watching the villagers a bit she sighed because she knows that she will never get her wish. The wish for her to become a normal girl with true friends and a set of loving parents. After thinking for a while, she got off the bench and went to kneel down next to her bed to say a short prayer:

"Dear God,

Please help me through these hard times that I am faced. Also, please can you try to let my mom and dad to be nicer and not to be mean to other people? Can you also send help to the poor slaves so they can eat and to give them good lives? Thank you.

Amen"

After Princess Abigail said her short prayer she lets out a yawn and decides to go to bed. Once she got in bed, she whispered " Soon I will make everything better in the kingdom and I will be way better than my parents." With that she fell into a deep sleep dreaming that she will find her knight in shinning armor.
