Each artist(HS Ent and Wave labels) get their own artist division where there is a specialised team of managers, editors, producers etc. for each artist(s) and as soon as an artist debut or joins the label they get Heesun's phone number to report any mistreatment or discrimination made by anyone on the team straight to Heesun and they can contact him for any advice or guidance etc.*
