The Wish that was a Mistake

"Well that's enough of story time..." I said nodding my head."BEHOLD, THE MOST DELICIOUS SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH EVER CREATED!"

Marco looked at the sandwich drooling. By drooling I mean he was drooling a puddle...literally.

"Go ahead try it!" I beamed.

"Um...are you sure about this? You aren't really the kind of person who's familiar with....Earth foods..." Marco said rubbing his arm.

"If I can eat shrimp with salmon and unicorn poo, then I can definitely go through with this. Did you know that whenever unicorns poop they poop out candy and sprinkles and something that most likely tastes like tarter-"

"OK OK OK!" Marco said disturbing me."Ugh...I feel sick in the stomach now." He mentioned holding his stomach.

"C'mon, Marco you showed me the foods her on Earth. Now it's time I show you the food I eat in Mewni."

Marco looked at the sandwich closely."Ok, but if I die," Marco picked up the sandwich."You stay away from my funeral..."

"Oh yeah did I mention that if you don't eat at least a tiny piece in 10 seconds it'll blow up...Hehe I sort of put an ingredient in there by mistake. Lucky you it's a small sandwich."

"WHAT?!" Marco screamed as he ate a piece."Why would you do that?"' He asked munching. He slowly ate the rest of the sandwich."How'd you make this? It tastes too good."

I smiled widely. I felt bad a bit about what I was going to say next. "I got it from Chick fil-a!"

Marco looked at me emotionless still eating the sandwich. "Really..." Marco asked sarcastically.

"Yes." I said smiling."Now let me tell you the rest of the story." I said pulling the mirror out.

Marco was sitting on my bed. I pushed his legs out of the way."It should be here somewhere..."

"Why don't you just use your wand to get it?" Marco asked.

"The mirror's powers are far beyond stronger than my wand. I can't even fix the thing. I heard that it was first created in another dimension. Not perhaps in this dimension...perhaps another world..."

I found the mirror. Apparently it had spider webs and dust all over it.

"Huh...well that's interesting..." I said blowing the dust off."I wonder if this thing still works..."

I looked on the back of the mirror. A small tear drop shaped gem was cracked.

"I wish that Mewni was repaired again."

The mirror did nothing. No sound not even a little sparkle or shine.

"I'm starting to question this thing. Come on mirror work!"

The mirror made a bright glow. I felt a sudden breeze. The wish must've came true. I called my mom.

"Mom....SURPRISE!" I said beaming.

"Star you did this? Thank you sweetheart!" Mom said smiling." I hope you didn't forget that you must find someone to dance with at the ball."

"I didn't mom...I love you got to go bye!" I said slamming the phone back on the wall.

"Aww man! Im never going to find somebody to dance with! MY LIFE IS OVER!" I shouted.

"Do you HAVE to find somebody? I mean aren't there a ton of people to dance with at your kingdom?" Marco asked.

"Your way maybe different, Marco, but you don't understand. If I don't find someone to dance with, they'll take my wand away for punishment! It's like...tradition..."

"That's crazy! There's no way your parents would do that!"

I heard a knock on my door.

"C'mon kids time to go to the movies!" Mrs. Diaz said.
