Scarlett's pov:

The sun was rising,birds were chirping,the air as crisp as ever. And I had the mother of all headaches. 

I felt hot. And not in a good way either. I feel like I'm gonna explode. I opened my eyes while squinting with a groan,the light of a new day seeping in through the curtains.

 I was about to roll over to face my beautiful wife Lizzie,when I felt a pair of arms snake their way around my waist.
And that's when I felt Lizzie nuzzling her face into the crook of my neck.

"Good morning baby" she mumbled while kissing my cheek.

I couldn't help but melt,god she is all I could've asked for and more. I whined as she began smothering my face in kisses.

"Mornin my love" I giggled still feeling sleepy. 

It actually hurt to move so much so I couldn't really move away from my wife as she began tickling my sides. Making me giggle and squirm.

Lizzie began laughing at my failing attempts to move away from her. Eventually half way through her tickle torture, I began having a coughing fit. And that's when Lizzie stopped to look at me.

"Baby,are you okay?"she asked in a soft and caring tone.

"Mhmm" I hummed,not wanting to worry lizzie. 

I sat up with my back against the headboard of our bed. I let out a huff and then I sneezed.

I let out a quiet whine which Lizzie must've heard. Because she then placed her hand on my burning forehead and gasped.

"Baby your burning up" 

"Mmm" I mumbled in response, not really having any strength in me to form a proper coherent sentence.

"Oh baby…" she cooed while kissing my head.

"Darling,why don't you lay down for a bit and let me take care of you," she said. I could only feel my eyelids getting heavy as my brain still pounded in pain.

I slid back down under the covers and watched as Lizzie got up out of the bed. I smiled at her messy bed hair and my smile only widened as I stared at her in my oversized lilo and stitch shirt. She had previously gotten one for me on my birthday. She too had gotten one but I guess it's in the laundry.

"Hold on sweetheart, I'll be back" she said softly as if she were talking to a child,which of course I didn't mind.

A good 30 minutes later and our bedroom door goes flying open and in comes a little girl still clad in her pajamas.

"Rose,baby no running around in the house" I heard lizzie lightly scold our daughter. 

Soon enough Lizzie appeared in the doorway with a bowl and small towels as well as some medicine.the little 7 year old immediately climbed onto the bed with a huge smile on her face.

"Sorry mama, hi mommy!" She giggled while jumping on my lap. I sat up again slightly just enough so I could see my smiley baby girl.

"Mm rosie darling, be careful mommy's sick"

"Mommys sick?" The little blond questioned now with a concerned look on her face.

"Goodmorning baby" I cooed she tried to give me a kiss but I immediately moved my face away from hers.

"Ah ah ah sweetie,mommy doesn't want you to get sick too" I explained 

The little girl on my lap only pouted and mumbled "okay mommy". I gave a grin and started tickling her sides.

"Mommy no! Wait, stop!" She squealed with laughter. I started laughing along with her.

Lizzie's pov:

I watched as Scarlett continued to tickle rose. Even when she's sick she always finds time for her daughter, 𝘰𝘶𝘳 daughter. I smiled at that thought.

I chuckled still standing by the doorway watching as my 2 loves went on with their antics.

Then Scarlett's eyes turned to meet mine. I smiled even wider if that's even possible.

"What?" She asked with a small smile of her own.

"Nothing" I giggled whilst putting the bowl of cold water on the nightstand on my wife's side of the bed.

Rose had now grabbed the remote and turned on our TV. Scar shuffled over so I could take a seat next to her thighs.

 My hand reached for the small towel I had brought in,I soaked it in the bowl of water and twisted it to let out all the clear liquid. I then folded the towel and made Scarlett lie down properly as I placed the cool towel on her forehead.

Coughs echoed throughout the room. I was worried for the beautiful blond. I gave her a look of concern and sympathy.

"Rose sweetheart, why don't we let mommy rest for a bit." I told the little bubbly girl.

"Go watch TV downstairs and I'll make you some breakfast okay?"

"Okay mama" she said enthusiastically.

I smiled brightly at what she had just called me. When Scarlett and I were dating, as soon as Rose found out she had slowly started to get comfortable calling me "mama" and I loved it.

I still do of course, everytime Rose would call me mama I couldn't help but brag about it to anyone and everyone,Especially scar.

I watched as the adorable little girl turned off our TV.

"Hope you get better mommy. I love you." She said while giving her mommy a kiss on her cheek.

"Thank you baby, I love you too" she croaked. 

Then Rose crawled over to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek too. I chuckled and kissed her nose.

Rose then got up off of the bed and dashed towards the living room.

"Rose no running in the house!" I called out.

"Sorry mama!" She called back,I turned my head to see my sick wife giggling with her eyes closed.

"Hey your supposed to be sick" I joked

"I am, but I can't help it. She never listens"

"I know" I leaned in and connected our lips. The kiss was slow and loving. When we pulled apart I smiled down at Scarlett and she smiled back.

"You shouldn't have done that. You're gonna get sick too, my love" , her face now showing concern.

"Oh well I guess we'll just have to get sick together " I chuckled.

3rd person pov:

1 week later, and low and behold lizzie got sick.

Scarlett however got better and she was now as good as new.

"I told you, you shouldn't have kissed me." Scarlett laughed while waltzing into their bedroom with medicine.

"Oh shut up and come cuddle me." The younger actress huffed with a pout.

"Okay my grumpy baby" she chuckled climbing into bed with her now sick spouse. 

And that's how the next few days went with lots of cuddles,sleep,and more disgusting medicine, according to Lizzie.
