"Chocolate?" I asked, handing out my arm.

"Oops," He said, with a snicker. I looked up to see him licking chocolate off of his lips.

"Hey! I needed that!" I said, looking him straight in the eye. He just shrugged.

"And I ate it."

"Great, what's chocolate cake without chocolate?" I asked, searching the shelves for more.

"Relax, there's probably more in there somewhere," Jake replied, licking his fingers.

"Actually, there isn't." I said, turning around to glare at him.

"Then just make plain cake. Vanilla. Without the chocolate."

"You literally were complaining about not having chocolate cake 10 minutes ago!"

"Sorry, Jeez," he said, grabbing something from behind him and handing it to me.

A full bag of chocolate.

"Seriously," I said, playfully rolling my eyes as I poured the chocolate.

I was stirring the batter as I felt two arms wrap around my waist. I scoffed lightly.

"You think you can do that after eating all of my chocolate?"

"Hey, I'm sorry, I just-"

"Relax babe, I'm joking," I said, turning around and wrapping my arms around his waist and burying my face into his chest.

He moved his head down and rested it on my shoulder, his face also buried.

We stayed like that for a while. Our lives have been in difficulty lately, with his manager recently finding out about our relationship, and now we don't know what is gonna happen.

I lost my train of thought when I felt something cold and wet on my shoulder.

"Hey-" I said, pulling my head back and  patting his shoulder.  "Hey Jake. Jaeyun. Are you okay? What's going on?"

I pulled his head off and forced him to turn his head towards me.

Tears were trailing down his cheeks as he intensely looked into my eyes.

"I'm sorry Y/N. I made our lives so difficult by revealing our relationship by accident. I've been trying to figure out what to do for the past week and-"

"Hey, hey, it's okay," I said with a small smile, leading him down to sit on the carpet outside the kitchen.

"I'm scared Y/N."

"Don't be. We'll get through it. I'll always be with you," I said, pulling his head into my lap.

He seemed to calm down a bit, which made me smile.

I walked over into the kitchen and put my finger in the batter, and walked back and poked his nose with it.

"What for?" He asked, wiping away tears from his face with a slight smile on his face.

I shrugged. "Why not?"

His smile got bigger, as he ran into the kitchen and put his finger in the batter too.

"Let's enjoy this," he said, and began chasing after me with his batter-covered finger.

He eventually caught up to me and grabbed me by the waist with one arm.

"C'mere," He said, pinning me against the wall, and slowly but surely poking my nose.

"You know, as long as I'm with you,  I don't care what happens," He said, moving his face closer to me.

I smiled, leaning in, about to kiss him, but moved away at the last second.

"We got a cake to finish, c'mon," I said, turning and walking toward the kitchen, still smiling.

"You little- I'm gonna get you for that."

And those were the last words I heard before I was being chased once again.
