The sickening feeling in her gut—it was worse than her morning sickness when she was pregnant with Finn.
But then—she found herself wrapping her head around how she'd treated a child that was biologically hers as if he wasn't, while also wrapping her head around how she missed getting to have the same feelings with Finn with that one.
The most sickening part—the man she married simply saw her flesh and blood, her biological child, as disposable materials, taking so much away from her.
