His foot steps muddied the door mat, it was a mundane morning. Grey skies, grey all, there wasn't nothing so interesting going on these days, the Chief still won't trust him with a big case!
"Man, I heard some murder happened something about some mailman, it looks interesting but it obviously looked like a roberry-eaughhh. Ms. Chief Aunt never Trusts me with the good shit." Muttered the voices owner.
The bell rang as he entered the Pastry Shop, "Smells good in here?" He sat down, it was shaped like an 80s milk shake bar, the vibe was nice, reminded him of America'oh sweet home, "Regular please Quinny! you know me with those nice nice sexy vanilla Donuts."
He chuckled to himself with a cheeky grin.
Quinn was back at kitchen, hearing the bell she saw a regular of her's through the small opening to the kitchen and the front. She walked out the kitchen door and made her way to the donut display that had the delicious goods along with more pastries "You are obsessed with these" she said as she started to get the order of vanilla donuts. She placed the donuts on a fragile plate, sliding it to her regular "At this point your whole diet consists of vanilla donuts." She leaned on the counter, her arms being crossed.
He looked up from where his head was resting and opening his mouth in glee to make a laugh,
"HAHAHAHA! Good to know you know me well sweet cheeks! Aughh this look fresh baked! OH MY GEE ARE THOSE ALMONDS ON THEM YESSIR!"
He took one from the plate, shoved it up his naval. Making a little happy noises.
Tino looked to his side to see his Nephew, hiding his face back in the newspaper, "ah moi...what will Ber say to this, fufuf..." He said glancing down his works, worried at the behavior that was just portrayed next to him!
Tino always sees his Nephew in secret..more of coincidence, I guess this place is very much of an attraction to this small town..! He still hasn't have the confidence to confront him in a very long while since his silent interactions.
he thought to himself as he scooted his face further more to the text in blur to hide suspicion.
Quinn sighed at his response "You really have a powerful sweet tooth, as long as I've known you, you've been gobbling up a lot of sweets, do you not have any cavities?" She asked as she stretched her arms and hands.
He innocently perked up giving his attention,
"MMMM NOPE! BRUSH MY TEETH THREE TIMES A DAY THATS WHAT MY OLD POPS TAUGHT ME!"
He gobbled and spoke while chewing, looking at all directions seeing as nothing has changed.
"Say did you hear about the latest news? pretty sure it was robbery though but who would rob a mail man arent they broke enough-" He looked to his side and laughed another phrase to add to there conversation, "THATS LIKE ROBBING YOU! jk jk HELP-"HAHAHA"
He roared a Laughter loud enough for the other costumers to over hear the local detective.
Making the person to his side startle and yeep.
Tino jumped from the sudden loud noise-! What a cruel joke to say to such a poor Woman working her ways, he pouted at his relatives manners. "Moi," he muttered to himself, leaving a tip as he nibbled on his ginger snaps. Sipping his coffee from the side counter.
But something caught his attention, "Mail man?" I wonder, he thought to himself." eavesdropping ones more.
Quinn was in shock, blinking her eyes as her mouth opened "It's not my fault this whole thing is taking up all my bank, even though it's supposed to give me bank. Talk about irony, and yeah I've heard. Shame for that guy, he should bring a gun with him for protection." Quinn took out a pack of gum from her apron pocket, opened it and started chewing.
