I followed the figure but was quickly pinned to the ground. But was released force in the hold when I wasn't struggling.
"Well if it isn't little miss Evelyn Rose Wilson. Pleasure it is, dearie." The man grinned wickedly with a knowing look in his eyes.
"You, you said you cou-could help my, my brother." I was started to hyperventilate from the adrenaline pouring through my system. My eyes widened when I realized why I was having deja vu. This was my dream.
"Oh, I did, didn't I? That little boy with cancer, won't be able to last more than a month." My breathing got heavier as I knew what was coming. The man looked at me slightly confused, than shook it off and continued his evil grin.
"Ple-Please help... him." I was quickly losing consciousness, and I knew what was about come. My mom, my dad, Lo, Railynn, even the mystery guy at school, all flashed through my mind as I silently said goodbye.
"Oh, I would dearie. But I can't, until you do tell, what's in it for me?" The man's eyes grew wicked, and mine grew with a fearful, knowing look. I silently prayed my goodbyes, and wished myself luck.
"Any... thing, any thing... you... want." The man's smile widened to it's limit, and his brown eyes turned entirely black.
"Deal." He forcefully kissed my lips no more than 2 seconds until pulling away. He looked into my violet eyes before his own widened. I don't know what caused me to say it, I'm not sure if it was even me, but I did anyway.
"May the Queen rise."
Then I slipped into my living hell.

I woke up with a start, still half asleep, instinctively throwing my arm to my side expecting my alarm clock. When I couldn't find it, my once half-closed eyes burst wide open. I frantically looked around looking for someone or something I was familiar with, but all I was familiar with here was the fact my legs and an arm were chained to a table. The mucky, nasty, small, humid room, wasn't helping me either. I could hear screams of pain, and sobbing from, what I think is, the 'cell' next to me.
With the one arm that was free, I tried to pull the chains from around my other arm, which felt like falling off. I stopped when I heard an unlocking noise coming from the door.
"Thank God! Can you please help me! Where am I?!" I struggled against the chains and heard a loud snap, but I felt a sudden jolt in my other arm. I looked over hesitantly and realized my arm was free. I sighed in relief as I caressed my now bruised arm. I did an internal happy dance when I felt I could get my legs free as well.
"What are you doing?!" I heard someone whisper. I whipped my head back at the door when I remembered the door being unlocked. What stood before me was not what I had expected. A teenager, dressed in a black hooded trenchcoat, dark jeans, and a closed red hoodie underneath the coat. The most striking thing about him though, was his face. Half of his face was just skull, his actual jaw moved as he spoke words I couldn't register. I looked up and scrunched my eyebrows. I screamed loudly, my scream blending with the one next door. The look on his face grew frantic, I noticed he was trying to stop my screaming. I stopped, but he still looked hurt and almost insecure as I watched him pull out a scarf and tie it around his neck, covering his jaw. I decided he would do me no harm, so I decided to communicate.
"What?" I said aloud and very bluntly, my eyes still focused on his face. He sighed in exasperation, and drug his, that I just noticed, skeletal hand down his face, almost like a face-palm. He almost skillfully untied the scarf and repeated his words.
"I said," he looked at me pointedly, "That I need to get your butt out of here before we both get in trouble." I looked at him confused before I realized a very important and relevant detail.
"How are you talking?" He looked at me like I was the dumbest person he's ever laid eyes on. Then he actually looked up in thought before snapping back into reality.
"That's beside the point, I just need to get you out of here. Explain the monsters are real speech and that you are a demon. Bring you back to Earth, and I'll be on my way." He looked at me expectantly and innocently before flicking his black hair to the left. Now it was my turn to sigh in exasperation until I processed his words.
"Woah, dude. I've been called a demon before but I don't see how that has to do with anything. Now, if you don't mind my asking, what's your name?" He sighed again, then walked up to me quickly before unlocking the chains.
"I'm Avian." He smirked, "Now, let's go."
