Kay's POV:
" Quan, and where is this Cash and Karla located?" I asked as my voice got higher. He gave me a nervous smile.
" Baby please before you get mad-"
" I am beyond mad Quan!I'm fucking enraged!" I yelled, my fist clenching.
" Please baby let me finish." He pleaded.
I rolled my eyes and sat back down.
" Anyways, they are not so far from us. Um...they're one block away. " Wtf?!? Our neighbors?!?
" Really Quan?Our fucking neighbors?! So that's why they moved here in the first place? Quan, baby please tell me why you didn't tell me you had a daughter living right next to us?!?" I asked getting back up. I sat down on the couch far away from Quan, if I do stay next to him I might hit his ass, then he'll hit my ass, then he'll go to jail, and then Chance wouldn't have a father.
" I was scared Kay!" He yelled trying to come near me. I just shook my head making him stop.
" Scared of what exactly Quan?"
" That you might leave me once you figured out." I sighed as the huge migraine started to form.
" Quan, now why would you think that?" I asked my voice annoyed.
" Because every girl besides Daisy that liked me found out about Desirée and left! Are you gonna leave me now Kay?" It was his turn to yell. His nose flared and he slowly made his way to me. Every step he made forward I made backward. This continued until my back was against the wall.
" That's crazy Quan... I won't just leave you like that." I whispered. He held my waist and sighed. It was a tired sigh.
He looked down at me and gave me his charming side smile.
" You sure?You wouldn't leave me?"His lips kissed and sucked on my neck, probably giving me a hickey.
" I'm sure Quan. You know I wouldn't leave you without a good reason." He smiled. Soon I was flying in the air, the cold AC slapping me on my face.
" Quan put me down!" I said giggling.
He slammed me on the bed and laid down next to me.
" I promise you you'll meet Desirée. I love you Kay, with everything in me." His words went through my brain and heart. That just made me smile and my heart beat to speed up.
" I love you too JaJa Bear. Can you check on Chance for me?" I asked after kissing his soft lips.
" I'd love to, after all I am his father."
Dévon's Pov:
I held Miracle in my hands as the tears kept running down my face. I was having an inner battle with myself. Should I just leave this Earth or call Kay? Kay.
I'm pretty sure she's way too focused on her happy endings.
I frowned at the thought of my best friend forgetting about me.
"Iaha Da!" I chuckled at Miracle's outburst for attention.
" Yes baby girl, you got my attention." She smiled and placed her small tiny fingers on my stubble.
I couldn't help but cry a little. She reminds me of Gallery. I haven't told anybody this, but I haven't been taking care of myself. I wouldn't eat or sleep ever since I been released from the hospital.
Get yourself together Dévon, you have two beautiful daughters to take care of. Even though Akeyla isn't mine, I know I could be her father. Have I told you Miracle is mine? No?
