Today's the day. The dance. I put on my dress. I put my hair in a low braid bun (example in photo beneath)

I walk out my bedroom door after doing my makeup and see Levi in a suit. How handsome. Levi looks at me and just stares at me. "You look magnificent y/n" Levi says. I'm so touched. We both go downstairs where Mrs.Ackerman is waiting. "You 2 sure look amazing" I grin. All 3 of us go outside and into Mrs.Ackermans car. Levi sits in the front with his aunt this time. We reach school and she drops us at the front and then goes to park. I take Levi's hand and we both walk inside. We go to the gymnasium door where the same girl is asking for tickets. Levi reaches into his pocket and give her the tickets. She opens the doors and we see a shit ton of people dancing, singing, kissing and eating. It's like a movie. We go to the dance floor and begin dancing.
I wrap my hands around his neck. The slow song comes and we begin slow dancing. "Y/n I'm glad you ran into me that day" he says "I'm glad too" I say for once without stuttering.
We finally stop dancing and go to one of the food booths and got a hotdog. Of course Levi paid. After we ate I took a mint to make my breath smell better instead of a greasy hotdog smell.
We dance and talk some more. Having the absolute time of our lives until it was finally over and we had to head home. On our way back Levi decided to sit in the front again. It was strange but I won't think much of it.
We reach home. Mrs.Ackerman goes upstairs "I'm so fucking tired. I'm gonna sleep. Goodnight you two" she says and races upstairs. It's just me and Levi. Levi and me.
