When you shift realities you are shifting your subconscious into a different reality from your CR (current reality). you can do this by using an asleep method, awake method or even no method at all, you can shift just with the intention of shifting. You are basically putting your mind into a relaxed state and allowing it to drift to a different reality other than your CR. Some people say its the same as lucid dreaming however that isn't true, it's 100% real and it feels the exact same as your current reality, Another thing people say is that shifting is as easy as breathing or drinking water but that isn't the case neither, shifting takes a lot of time, dedication and practice and its unlikely you'll shift on your first attempt but you are 100% capable of shifting! shifting also sounds scary I know but it is 100% safe and I'll explain safe words and actions as well.
A shifting script is essentially pin pointing what desired reality you would like to go to, you can script pretty much anything you like but you have to remember you have the same brain as your DR self so any mental trauma you have in your desired reality will come back with you to your current reality, any physical damage e.g broken arm will not come back with you as your desired reality body is completely different to your current reality body! A script can be as informal or formal as you would like it to be, as long as you understand where you want to go and what happens that's all you need
CR = Current Reality
DR = Desired Reality
Time Condition = You can use a time condition for your desired reality to choose how long passes in both your CR and DR, I use 1 hour CR = 1 week DR as I find this would work best for me, you can do whatever time condition you want but I wouldn't recommend a time condition like 1 second CR = 1 mouth DR!
Asleep Method = A method you use that means you will fall asleep and wake up in your DR
Awake Method = A method where your fully awake for and you'll able to feel your surroundings change and shift into your DR
The intention of shifting = When you set your intentions to shift, you'll just be affirming you will awake up in your desired reality and its mostly used before falling asleep
Safe word/actions= Having a safe word/actions allows you to shift back to your current reality from your desired reality whenever you want (you should use a word or action you wouldn't normally use just so you don't accidently shift back - you can also have the intention of shifting back, you don't need a safe word or action but you can use one if you want too)
