Calypso's POV
Fog covered the entire area of burned shards. As I walked through the remains I felt wet streaks fall down my face.
Why was I crying? I hadn't known the women. Was it because it hurt Leo so much? He was obviously sensitive to the topic or he wouldn't have shut down like that back there. I just don't understand!
Screaming in frustration I drooped to my knees, cupping my face in my hands, and started to sob uncontrollably. I layed in the rubble, waiting, no hoping, for some comfort, but it didn't come. I was alone. Leo had no idea where I was. He was to busy fixing Festus to notice I left. Just then I hear the faint call of my name through sobs.
"Calypso! Oh gods, Calypso! Where are you?" I pulled myself of the ground as the noise got louder.
" Leo?" I called out in faint astonishment. He had followed me? As the fog cleared, we saw each other plain as day. Both tear-streaked, frantic, and relieved. He ran toward me and enveloped me in a tight hug.
"Calyspo," he said my name over and over again as if he was reassuring himself that I was still there. "Oh gods, I was so scared! When I turned around and you weren't there I-I thought you disappeared to Ogygia, or that you never left and it was copy, or...I thought I lost you." He sobbed into my shoulder as I held and comforted him. I brought his face in my hands and made him look at me.
"Leo, I'm not going anywhere. This place doesn't make me scared of you, nor does it make me love you any less. I don't care about your past because this right here is our present and our future together means more to me than you could ever imagined. Your my hero Leo. You saved me from solitude and gave me love. Thank you."
Leo looked at me for a while then grabbed my face and slammed his lips on mine. I wasn't used to this kind of affection and I didn't really know what to do, and because I had no reaction Leo stopped.
"Sorry Calypso...um I-" I cut him of with a slam-on-lips kiss of my own, even though it was much sloppier due to my lack of experience. Hardly even a second later, he kissed back. He got confident and ran his hands through my hair, down my back, gripping me to him. His experience scared me and I pulled away, blushing and apologetic towards the hurt, confused look on his face.
"I'm sorry Leo I'm just not 100% sure how to work a relationship or relationship type things," I spoke softly touching my lips.
Leo just chuckled softly. "That's perfectly fine Sunshine, I'll teach you." Leo talked with a huge grin on his face and offered me his arm. I took it. "Milady, where would you like to go?" He reached into his tool belt and pulled out a cube.
"Scroll through the countries, after picking the country, pick a city. It gives me a map, the map goes into Festus, and we are off!" He handed me the cube and I started scrolling through the cube till I found a country, France. I tapped on the word and cities came up. Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Nates, Paris.
Paris. I've heard about Paris. City of love and lights. Yes this'll do nicely.
I tapped on Paris and it made a map. I gave the box back to Leo.
"Where did you choose?" He asked with that grin.
I chuckled softly. "That's for me to know and you to find out. Use auto pilot and let Festus, take us there."
"Alright," he said suspiciously, and narrowed his eyes in a goofy way. "But if it's flipping Antartica, we are turning around."
