There were two sides at war against each, although this was not a simple war were there a clear divide between good and evil. One can believe that they are fighting on the right side when they really just deceived by people they trusted and thought cared. As humans we all want to have that sense of home and belonging but no one talks about how truely misplaced that can be.
I, Ash hart, thought I was fighting for the right side but who really knows what side I was really fighting and if I was even fighting their war but rather one of my own.
